Horrible company with horrible customer service. Sterling Carson contacted me about installation in my new home and made promises that he did not keep. Two days after I got installed, I canceled. Safe Haven billed me after that. I am still waiting on a refund. Then they sent payment to the City for the permit. I contacted the City of Los Angeles and they told me that since the alarm company sent the payment to them then they are responsible for my refund. I called the company and was told that the city is responsible for a refund. Safe Haven is putting it on the city. The city would not have gotten money from me if they didn’t send it to them in the first place. I emailed Sterling Carson and to date he has not responded. I called his number and it was someone else. If you ever hear the name Safe Haven, stay away.

I have to agree with all the other reviewers here. This company has terrible customer service. I am a Realtor and they have a program where if your clients purchase a new alarm system, the Realtor will receive a $ 150 gift card within a few weeks. Well, after 8 weeks nothing. I called and spoke to Rachel, the rep that made all the promises. She said they changed their system recently and the gift cards will be going out within the next 2 weeks. Well, if never came. I email her and she said she didn’t have a good address to mail the gift card to. I gave her my address, again. Long story short, it’s been 5 months and 6 emails and 3 phone calls and still no gift card. This is just a gimmick by this company to get customers. If they can’t even be trusted with a simple promise of a gift card, how can you trust them to get an alarm system installed. I would suggest, if you’re a Realtor, don’t fall for these gimmicks like I did. Find a reputable alarm security company and go with them, not this company.

The worst customer service and the entire world that I ever received in my entire life… I got a security system for my home through this company the manager left me his phone number and told me I could call him anytime I needed to and he would help me… The managers are the ones who come to your door and offer you the service… They offer you a lot of things and then turn around and charge you for them on ATM that they took for monthly billing without your consen… Did I mention 5 minutes after the manager left his phone voice mailbox was full and they do not return callss

We just had a security system installed with this company. They neglected to tell us about city and police permits we needed to fill out and pay for. Instead we received the applications and a quick note in the mail… totally blindsided! When my husband called customer service about this they were severely rude and unprofessional.

This company is anything but a «SAFEHAVEN» they do not even answere their calls including the CEO Mark Claman” who’s voice mail is full. Don’t call them to install any type of security as they do not show up for appointments and do not communicate to their vendors. They are a contracted vendor for ADT Alarm Systems. Your home nor you are SAFE with this«so called» company.
