Santa House

Our appointment was at 3:15 and we had to wait 30 mins more because they told us Santa was on a break. Come to find they closed the doors for a private shoot for someone else. Typical LA bullshit. Santa doesn’t like liars!

We took our baby to take pictures w Santa… Great decision! The service was great, they were patient, and Santa looked like a great Santa! Our pictures are amazing. Although, I did think it was a bit pricey for what we were getting, after seeing the shots that were taken, I would actually pay more! Its the Grove, things are going to be expensive. Very happy customer!!!

So I just finished editing the photos that were taken at Santa’s house of my niece. They were so poor in quality and so dark. Apparently the girl taking the photos carelessly stood in front of the flash. So upsetting that I had to spend a good amount of time editing photos that should have been perfect in the first place (yes perfect… because of their ridiculous prices). Check your photos before leaving and demand a retake if you are not satisfied 100%. Pictures should not be dark or too warm/​orange.
The good. My niece was beyond happy to meet Santa. She even took him her list and they read it together and he put it in his pocket. Super cute!

Yesterday, I took my 5 months old baby to take photos with Santa. That was her first time ever meeting Santa. I wish it was a better experience.
First of all Santa was very grumpy, no smile no «Ho, Ho, Ho!»
Second of all the girl who took pictures doesn’t care about the quality and how we came out on photos. She said «I got some great images», but when we looked at family photos we all either looked away or had close eye at that moment.
Additionally, I strongly advise you just get images emailed you and order your on print. In that case you would be able to zoom in and adjust light. I made a mistake ordering print from them. The photos came out too white/​blocked and my baby is so tiny on them that it’s hard to see her. Somehow they think it’s include to include all surrounding areas instead of zooming in on Santa and little baby on his lap.
I have to give credit to legs, girls were nice and cheerful they made my baby smily:)
I wish I found get my money back!
