The cashiers and baristas were rude. The tables and floors were extremely dirty. They messed up two of our drinks, and did not seem willingly to remake them. They should stop making Starbucks drinks at this café, it’s making Starbucks look bad.

First off, a good sized«Starbucks» kiosk on the top floor of Barnes & Noble Bookstore. On the surface it appears like not a bad area to study or do some light reading during the day. Since they have some indoor seating and a small outdoor balcony with some seating as well. Now the bad and ewww, The people working here are friendly but their coffee machines were«malfunctioning» and people constantly had to remind them of their orders. The behind the counter work area was a mess. They were trying to really push sales of their pizza and every person ahead of me quickly declined because some flies were clearly seen inside the large refrigerates pastries crawling all over the pastries. The workers acted like it was normal everyday occurrence. When customers brought it up with management, she denied that there was a problem and continued to try to sell the gross fly pastries to unknowing customers. Absolutely disgusting! You need to Get your act together Fake Starbucks!

Wow– I usually love the Barnes and Noble cafes, but this one is bad. This week alone: 1) The place was dirty first thing in the morning. You could see where dirty rag water had dried on tabletops. Someone oily hair /head stain was still on the window next to one of the tables. 2) I ordered a s’more frappuccino. They looked and looked and couldn’t do it, since no one could find the right syrup. 3) I asked if they had the Sweet Street chocolate chunk cookies. They did not– said it was because their oven was broken. Not sure how their oven(or microwave) has any bearing on their ability to put out cookies which are shipped to them on pallets. They clearly had a microwave or oven to heat people’s sandwiches. 4) I wound up ordering a hot coffee. Temp was scalding hot and the coffee tastes burnt. 5) The barista gal was constantly running at the mouth and slamming stuff around. Obnoxious when everyone else in the café was basically being quiet, engaged in their own thoughts.

They sell«Starbucks» drinks but not Starbucks quality. Doesn’t accept Starbucks cards. Service is awful. Waited almost 20 minutes for a grande iced green tea latte. Never again!

Terrible, full of false advertisement, what’s on display is not what you actually get, everything is enlarged in their sandwiches pictures. not a real Starbucks

On the third floor of the Barnes and Noble, is a café, featuring Starbucks coffee. It may look like a Starbucks, but there is only one located at the Grove, and it’s at the farmers market. This particular one is a café belonging to Barnes and Noble, and they do make it clear they«feature» Starbucks and they do not accept the Starbucks gift card. They will make Starbucks drinks, like iced tea lemonade, chai tea lattes, and Frapuccino’s. Their cups also has the Starbucks logo. But again, it’s not a Starbucks. This location has plenty of chairs to enjoy your beverage, enjoy your pastries, or even sit and browse your laptop, nook tablet, or other electronic devices. They do ask that café customers enjoyed the seats, but as you know, people don’t read signs. If you purchase a beverage, and parked at the Grove parking structure, they will validate your ticket. I think the validation is only good for one hour, maybe two, but it’s better than nothing. If you’re planning to watch a movie, get your validation done over there. If you are a Barnes and Noble member, I believe you get 10% off your beverage at the café.
