I started with louts doing the atom touch. It helped me in so many ways, it was my time of clarity and relaxation. I started to become more aware of what my body has been trying to tell me and it made me feel in contort of my self and I was able to know what I needed to help me with everything from my mind to my body. After having a great experience with the aroma touch I started doing group yoga Nedra sessions with my family and it was amazing. The state of mind you can go into is pure relaxation. I need to go back soon to get more sessions in because I notice a difference within my self from when I am going to when I am not. #MustTry xo!

I arrived feeling quite stressed. Within minutes I felt calmer. The Aroma Touch Technique is wonderful, the smell of the different oils Lotus used and the gentle touch was a wonderful experience.
