what happened to this place??? i used to be a subway fan but as I get in this place its completely different from the other subs, it was 3 days ago when i went here and placed my order for a Turkey Breast then they give me a steak, what the hell!!! I said that’s not my order and the lady said that she unintentionally give my order to the other costumer… then they let me talk to their manager to fix everything. That was horrible experience in this place.

Although the parking was tight, and the wait for my sandwich was longer than usual it was worth it and here is why: I went to subway because I got one of those text messages deals. The girl behind the counter said it was her first day, so that was why the line was taking longer. In the end for a person that just started my sandwich was better than I have ever had before. Perfectly toasted, cheese perfectly stacked, I mean this thing looked like it belonged in a commercial. So based on her kindness, and the final product I would highly recommend this subway! Definitely coming to this subway again

When I was living in L.A., I used to always stop at this Subway for cookies when I was shopping on Melrose. I was in town yesterday and waiting to have Brunch on Melrose, so I thought I’d stop by for cookies. When I walk in, there are really no other customers in the store besides me, but it looked like the two employees were working on a big order. Didn’t even say hello. So I asked for white chocolate macadamia cookies. Mind you, these are supposed to be fresh baked cookies. The lady tells me, «I’m sorry, we don’t have any of those right now.» So I asked her if they were planning to make some because I had like 30 minutes until my table was ready at the café and I could wait. She tells me it will be 20 minutes because she just baked them and they have to cool. I don’t know where in the world it takes cookies 20 minutes to cool, but whatever. I’m irritated because first it was there were no cookies at all, then there were no cool cookies. So I left, initially, but I still wanted cookies. So I came back and asked for chocolate chip, but asked her how long the cookies currently in the display case had been sitting out(Because they looked old), she tells me they have been there since the day before. So of course I don’t want those. I asked her how long was the wait for fresh ones. She shows me racks of baked cookies(white chocolate included) she claims she’d just baked that were«cooling» so I asked her if it was a rule that they couldn’t serve the cookies hot because I actually wanted hot cookies. She then gets frustrated and says, I’ll give them to you, but they are hot and they’ll just fall apart. So I tell her I’ll take my chances. She gives me two white chocolate and two chocolate chip in the bag and I pay for them. When I tell you there was not one thing hot about these cookies!!! I mean they weren’t even ROOMTEMPERATURE. They were cold and they were old and they were greasy. I was so mad. I know now that she either 1) Didn’t want to sell me the«newer cookies» because they still had old cookies they wanted to get rid of, or 2) She didn’t feel like stopping what she was doing to go get me the cookies. So mad at this. I’ll definitely not waste my time or my dollars at this location again. I just threw the old, greasy cookies away.

This is the worst and laziest employees subway has. I waited for two mins cuz both guys that work here were busy on their phones. Then I had to wait longer cuz the guys couldn’t find the right knife for the avocado, while the other taller one still chilling on his phone not giving a flying F$)@ of what’s going on.

This is Such an unfriendly subway I have ever been to. Very snobby. And 10am. No water cups!

Avoid. I prefer the one on Santa Monica and Fairfax — its smaller, but cleaner, and better subs. Well, lots of transients hang out in the parking lot — awkward. My sub was not wrapped properly and it felt like the bread was stale(literally falling apart and stiff and crumbly). there is a lot. and the side street parking is free for 2 hrs.

Sooooo I found this Subway location to be just like all the others, pretty basic. There’s no surprises here. They offer healthy sandwiches at a great price. The guy that made my sammy was super friendly & they take coupons, always a bonus in my book :-) . Oh, it was a NIGHTMARE for parking during the afternoon rush hour. No surprise though, right?! Their teeny-tiny parking lot is a joke! You can only drive forward into your spot, the spots are so close together & when you want to leave you have to back out. Some stupid guy in a Ford Expedition pulled in next to me. He basically blocked me in. I was so pissed! Come on dude, compact parking lot for compact cars!!! How rude. He saw that I was still in my car about to get out so I was not pleased. I couldn’t get out & had to park on the street!

mmm hmmm, that’s right. i f#$cking love subway. why? if you toast the bread and get all the veggies with feta cheese and salt-n-pepper and de l’huile et vinaigre, it’s like a delicious greek salad sandwich and it’s cheap. plus the meatball subs are off the hook. i have FABULOUS taste, so if i say it’s ok to get off your foodie high horse and hang con la gente at subway, then it’s ok! xoxox subway, i love you baby, keep it real, never change.
