Subway

I called once to place an order, no answer. I call again and finally someone picks up and all you hear is music, I say hello for at least a min and no answer just Music playing. I finally hang up and call back it it just beeps because they never hung up the phone. Called 30 mins later and the phone is still beeping. Finally call again after another 20 mins and no answer, I call again and no answer and I call again and finally someone answers but all you here is just music blasting. Why have it be 24hrs and delivery if you can’t even do that right? Never going or ordering from here again. Who ever is working the night shifts needs to be let go.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! I only order from here when I’m absolutely starving and can’t leave the house (due to newborn baby) just because they deliver. EVERY TIME, at least 6 times or more I kid you not they have gotten the address wrong and the sandwich wrong! Literally have never got it right once in my experience. Can’t understand simple English or assemble a sandwich? WHO HIRES THESE PEOPLE?!!

Horrible service. The young man behind the counter skipped to take the «hot» girl that came in behind me. When I protested he did nothing and the girl became hostil.

This is the best Subway. Been coming here for about 3 years now and whether its in the afternoon for lunch or at like 1am when you don’t want nasty Mcdonalds the employee’s are always super nice and acknowledge you when you come in… thanks guys keep up the good work :) …

I love this place lots of soda variety and huge plus it delivers!!! I order often. Today I placed an order for me the delivery guy wasn’t so nice he’s delivered a couple times before he’s slit toe rude to my opinion but other than that I love their delivery service! I just ordered some food from here only because it’s the only subway in the area that delivers, I REPEATED TWO TIMES FOR MY SANDWICHES TO BE TOASTED, and got my order repeated to me, sooooo I wait about 30 minutes to get my order cool. It’s stale, cold, and I get two sandwiches not toasted, no napkins, yup. This shit sucks but the people seem nice.

Absolutely terrible service. I have never been a person to Unilocal if the service is good or bad. Take it as a sign some of these people not all but some that work there can not handle the simple job of making a sandwich and delivering it. They don’t listen, they can’t follow easy directions and note taking and waste your time. Skip it even though we all love bread that has plastic in it. It’s not true that it’s healthier in the end go to Jack in the Box at least you expect poor service there.

I use the app and it works great! People complaining usually complain about everything in life. 5 stars for always having my sandwich ready every time I order with the app. I never ever have to wait to get my sandwich no matter how busy they are! Too many stupid bad reviews.

This place delivers and ON-​TIME!!! The delivery guy I think his name is Samuel? is awesome, super cool and very friendly! They should give him a raise because no matter what he always has a smile on his face and greets us by name… maybe he owns it but I know we order on Saturdays for lunch and their customer service will keep us ordering :))

This is the only subway that delivers, or atleast the only one i have seen. I hate the location, but when i want a sub i suck it up and go. It’s a clean location. It’s usually not too crowded. Staff is friendly.

The delivery guy told me if I ordered over $ 10 no delivery fee charged. I ordered over $ 10 and he charged me for the delivery. A sandwich was the worst I had ever had from subway. I’ll never go and use this store.

Late night… come here I this place never fails me a late night at work open late There in the worst location ever but at 11:12pm am not going to be to angry

This location is the DIRTIEST I’ve ever seen.
their lettuce was all browning.
tomatoes all shriveled up.
slice of jalapeño in with the cucumbers.
tomatoes chillin’ with the onions.
mustard all over their cutting boards.
(she didn’t even bother to wipe it off before she
put our sandwich on it –_​-​)
and little fruit flies flying around.
UGH.
And what is the point of wearing plastic gloves if they’re going
to touch our food + the oven + our food again + sauce bottles with the same gloves?!
Oh and don’t even mention the saliva that gets in our food
when they talk to their coworkers while they put my sandwich together.

How do you rate something so generic as a subway store, you ask? Well, by comparing it to all the other subways of course. I go to this one about 3 times a week and the employees are well trained. They always greet you. The vegetables are fresh. And they pack a lot of veggies into each sub. which I like. I know I could always ask for more vegetables to be put in if they try to skimp me, but Id rather not deal with that.
The parking is small and the plaza is ghetto, but at least they have parking. Its full during peak hours, but most of the time you can squeeze in a spot. I would clearly rate it at 3 to 3.5 stars. but since theres only 1 review b4 me, and since its rated at 1 star, i might as well boost it up a little by giving it 4 stars. =P
Ohhh I almost forgot. Im kind of new to Cali and LA. so I dont know why they do this, but I know they do…
At subway, if you JUST order the $ 5 footlong sub, they will charge you $ 5 and NO tax. if you order anything else, they will tax you the 9.75%. If you order the $ 5 footlong and drink, they will tax you for everything. Even for the sub. So just order the $ 5 footlong and pay for it. If you want a drink, get back into the non-​existant line and get a drink. It’ll save you almost 50cents. While this may sound cheap, for someone like me who eats subway almost daily I am sure it would save me money in the long run. Although I never have to use this tactic since I get it to go and eat it at home. $ 5 flat and no tax for me. The way I like it.

Wow quality dude. There were so many dead flies in the window seal here Jeff Goldblum would have even been creeped out.
