Best customer service ever! Joaquin, the store manager, and Hugo helped me. I couldn’t have asked for nicer, more attentive, and better service. Do not make the mistake I did and call the 800 number. Joaquin patiently and thoroughly fixed all the mistakes made by the T-​mobile call center. Plus I found out about extra savings the call center didn’t tell me about! Very very grateful to Joaquin and Hugo!

This store has the by far the best customer service I’ve ever seen. From the moment I walked. Tanya walked over to me and started helping me.(She’s really beautiful by the way) I was looking for something for me and my family and she went over all the plan options and I walked out with 4 lines. She was very nice, helpful and she really knew everything. She would answered all my questions and explained everything detail by detail. Thanks a lot Tanya. :)

Overall she was super helpful and I came out with a brand new iPhone she was able to multi task answer phones and assist me with everything. hope this is helpful! once again sales lady was amazing great customer service ! great job!

Came in to inquire about adding a line to my girlfriend’s service. I had had a bad experience with Sprint and Victor V. gave her a great deal due to a promotion and added me for a very inexpensive price. He got me a great phone and set me up. The only problem was my number wouldn’t transfer from Sprint to T-​Mobile. After 2 days of Victor calling T-Mobile’s customer service on my behalf we finally figured it out. Ended up having to change my number but that was because Sprint owned my number with that area code or something. The point is Victor did an AMAZING job and went above and beyond the call of duty. He helped me way more than any Sprint employee ever did and had a great attitude the whole time. Highly recommend Victor if you need some patient help with your phone or service.

Came by to get a phone for my boyfriend and the sales associate that assisted me today was Shannen.
She was very friendly, helpful, and had a great attitude. If anyone can appreciate good customer service, having a great attitude is key. Along with who helped her was Tanya. Thanks ladies! Very much appreciated.

WOW, DO NOT GO HERE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE walked into this t-​mobile totally willing to start a new plan and buy a phone transfer over from sprint I’m thinking no big deal. The sales girl with the long dark nails and vicious amount of lip liner was COMPLETELY incompetent. I politely asked her for some literature to read about the plans she said they had none I said maybe a graph or anything? She said in her most condescending voice that there wasn’t anything for me to read or look at until her equally as incompetent coworker slid a laminated piece of paper over her shoulder. She rolled her eyes at every question telling me they can’t buy my old phone, if have to pay half the price of an iPhone 5s which was 600? Um last time I checked an iPhone 5s was not 1200 dollars she couldn’t do basic math and when I said that was ridiculous she scoffed and wasn’t willing to do literally anything, I mean how dare I interrupt her literally doing nothing and staring there blankly. Never coming back here again.
