After spending 30 minutes on the phone at home with T-​Mobile trying to change our company’s billing name (same company, just a new name), I was sent to the T-​Molbile store for assistance claiming this was something that «had to be done in person».
Not exactly, but Karla A. at this T-​Molible store was awesome and spent time on the phone with customer service to make the change happen– correctly, efficiently and simply. It took about 15 minutes but she was with us every step and so helpful.
This is a new store– beautiful and conveniently located with meter parking in the back lot.
Check this store out! They are knowledgeable and friendly.
