I am very excited about moving into The Mint. I opened my office in DTLA at the end of last year and signed a temporary lease in Little Tokyo and the day I moved in there I passed The Mint and was immediately attracted. I toured with Brooke and she was great but I was concerned about the price and the amenities offered and was still trying to figure out what exactly I wanted to do — so as the time was nearing and my lease is up at the end of February I signed and am very confident I made the right choice. I’ve rented in a lot of places and have rarely came across a building manager like Brooke and am excited about having her as my building contact and very excited about the apartment — the history of it, the views, the concrete floor and walls and the rooftop steps away from my apartment entrance. When the new building opens I also look forward to having access to those amenities. So far this has been the best and easiest lease process I’ve had in Los Angeles.
