We went to look at a unit for sale. Loved the unit, the modern styling, the pool and the gym especially. However we took a walk around outside, a complete perimeter and there was so much trash and homeless tents. Interestingly on Google maps if you do street view, you dont see any of this, it looks great. Dunno what happened in the meantime. Bldg great, area needs to be cleaned up.

Located on Wilshire Blvd just west of the 110 fwy this building is like a mini resort. Units are done right with modern finishes, hardwood floors & double closets. Secure underground parking big enough to offer everyone tandem spots.
24 hr security.
Subway, sushi place and a taco shop on the bottom floor with separate retail parking. Also located right across from Plan Check restaurant and one block from Starbucks & Coffee Bean.
Huge gym, yoga studio, sauna (nice touch Vero) plus a giant year round heated pool and oversize jacuzzi. Ima bout to take a dip right now!
