I travelled all the way to this store location from Malibu because of the awesome Unilocal reviews and was so glad that I did! This new store has awesome staff that cater to your every need and patiently answer any questions you may ever have about Verizon’s phone plans, services, and available devices. Two hours later, I walked out fully informed with a beautiful iPhone and a smile on my face. Couldn’t have asked for more. Trust me. I wouldn’t have driven 40 miles out of my way if it wasn’t worth it. PS) Ask for Elia. She’s GREAT!

Went here to upgrade to new iphone. Very helpful and friendly staff that fortunately for me, were not busy. Upgrading takes quite a long time if your phone is not backed up, which mine was not backed up. So 2 hours to backup, of course assuming that your cloud space is large enough, which mine wasn’t. So had to upgrade to 50 gb at 99 cents a month. Left my phone and returned later to get new phone and got it all set up. It was a pleasant experience even while waiting. Staff is friendly, patient, and knowledgeable something that you’d wish for at every business you have to deal with.

Nice store, helpful staff. The showroom is really cool and they have a lot of accessories I have never seen before. After re-​evaluating my current plan, one of the staff members who’s name I don’t remember, was actually able to lower my bill! Stoked! Highly recommend this spot
