This Wendy’s store is kind a different from others, I’ve been in different places but this store is great, the food is fresh and tasty, the people that are working here are very accommodating and can assures you great service… clean dining area and best burgers…
Need of good food and good place? give this place a shot.

Taste of the burger seems the same with mcdonalds burger. Its kinda weird that I find it the same.
Size? average, would not think of recommending this one.

Average type service, just expect what other fastfood restaurant’s offers. Because its still the same.

Food quality was average.
The customer service was horrible.
Walked in and there was a line, the line was moving okay despite the manger and coworkers chatting instead of working.
The managers attitude sucked, was completely clueless to his employees and treated the guests like they were ruining his day.

Bad service from a guy cashier didn’t even hand me back my receipt or change. Despite the fact that he was rude I said thank you like 5 times and I still didn’t get any response. Ruined my whole appetite and he needs to learn some manners

Worst wendys ever. horrible service, long lines. Bad odor. manager was very rude to some customers while i was dining in. Definately not coming back here.

I didn’t know there was a Wendy’s so close to Children’s Hospital. I was heading to this little Thai Restaurant and there was no parking. I noticed this Wendy’s right next to it and of course they had parking.
I parked and when we got down there was a guard at the side entrance door. He was standing there and as we got closer he opened the door for us.
We went inside and there was not line. There was a lot of people at the tables, but there was still one booth available. My husband went to save the booth.
I ordered the new bbq pulled pork sandwich for him. I made it a combo and got the pulled pork cheese fries. I got my usual junior bacon cheeseburger and a small chili.
I took a bite out of my husband’s sandwich and to be honest I didn’t like it. He didn’t like it either. I never throw away food so I saved it and gave it to my sister.
For some reason we liked the fries. Oh, I did ask for different sauces. Maybe it was that. They have the smoky, spicy or sweet. I got the smoky for the burger and spicy for the fries.
My small chili was plain. I usually get it with onions and cheese on top. This time the cashier didn’t ask me and I forgot about it. I went to the counter and asked them for onions on the side and they gave me some.
When we were leaving the guard was eating right next to the door. I assume he was taking his lunch. He covered his mouth and said, «Bye, have a great one». Very nice guard they have working there.
I’ll definitely be coming back when I am around.

drive thru,
is this some practical joke. last time you left out the nuggets. this time you left out the hot sauce and ranch. WHY.

Thanks for hiring friendly staff, having a clean restaurant, and having my order ready lightning fast. I ordered the new baconator fries and they’re delicious!

I was on the drive true and I was help by guy name Alan he look very mad and he call me like I was women on drive tru I am man not woman he needs break have to be more professional this happen about 7÷7÷2015 is this guy new ???

Service could be better. The cashier forgot to give me my drink due to him finding that being on the headset was better than giving me the rest of my order. Then another worker came to the window and said «have a nice day» so we both looked at each other like boo boo the fool cause I was wondering where the heck my drink was! And didn’t ask if I needed ketchup or anything.

Wendy’s has always been a decent fast food restaurant chain.
Their prices have gone up, which is nothing new in that business but good to know they haven’t cut back on quality. Portions are still good. I do to mind paying but don’t increase prices and decrease quality.
Their fries are good and spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite.
I’ve been to this location a couple of times when I get lazy and want a quick bite.
Parking lot is usually a mess, but ehh, not eating of the ground.
Food is always fresh

Efficient, fast paced Wendy’s with good service. Turnover seems low here, a good sign.

Hey, this is probably the only review I will give to Wendy’s, an already flourishing burger chain. Because this is the one I frequent whenever I am in the area, I decided that I will write a quick review on this one!
Located in East Hollywood, this Wendy’s always gives me prompt service. My regular order at any Wendy’s is their baked potato with sour cream and chives! Inside it has ample seating. The only bad thing is the homeless that will sometimes bother you for change, even if you have told them over and over that you have no money!
Bottom line is the customer service is great, the time to get the food is always quick as well. I really cannot say much more except that well its Wendy’s. Beware the homeless that will be bugging!!!

Three stars for a fast food place.
Off of a couple experiences the salads are pretty good.
Quick service.
Great customer service.
Be careful when pulling out of drive thru.

2015 Unilocal 100 CHALLENGE — ⁰⁵⁶⁄₁₀₀
In my opinion, Wendy’s is better than a lot of the fast food chains out there. Their burgers taste fresh, and the lettuce, tomatos are crispy and delicious! Stopped by with a friend to grab a quick bite to eat and there was a long line at the drive thru, but we were out of there in no time! Spicy chicken nuggs were SO good, and I tried their new jalepeno burger and it was SO spicy, loved it.

I really don’t feel safe at this place. Some guy was complaining about the food, the situation was getting worse, where was security? Inside the restaurant chatting it up with someone in the hallway. The guy who was complaining took it a step further jumped on the counter and started tossing the cups all over the place yelling, saying to give him a free chicken sandwich cussing out everyone. The disgruntled guy left, security went to the front and asked for the bathroom key from the personnel and went on talking to the same person.
I’m pretty sure I won’t be going there anymore.

Not much to say about this place. It is a typical fast food joint with average fast food. It happened to be conveniently located for me to get a quick and inexpensive bite.
Staff was friendly enough and the space was clean. Parking in the free lot is easy.

I adore this little red headed step child. Such good food at great prices. The Caesar side salad is a revelation. so are the chicken nuggets and the chilli. Just use the drive thru and avoid going inside. They do not hustle for you inside, but those fools throw down when you’re doing to go in your car.

While I am a big fan of Wendy’s food this location does have a few problems.
So let me get one thing out of the way, I really like Wendy’s food and have never had any problems with the food here. Everything has always been really good and the food quality is definitely not lacking.
HOWEVER, this location does have a couple of problems that I will go through. I personally would like them to improve because I do eat at this location pretty regularly.
#1: The dining area has very limited seating. There have been several times where I have wanted to sit down and eat (I’m not a big fan of eating in my car) and haven’t been able to find seating. And, it’s not only that the seating is limited, but it’s also pretty poorly laid out.
#2: The dining area is usually fairly messy. Now, I didn’t say «really messy», I didn’t even say «pretty messy». I would say on a scale of 1 – 10, 1 being filthy and 10 being spotless it’s probably right around a 4 – 5. So it is definitely not unacceptable, but it’s just dirty enough that you notice it. So it’s usually that the tables and benches need to be wiped down, or that there’s some garbage left or some on the floor. So it isn’t as though it’s disgusting, but it is noticeable. On that note though, the staff is always really helpful and friendly so if you ask them to wipe a table down they’re always happy to help out.
#3: The register/​counter/​drink area is very poorly laid out. The problem here is that there is only one register, and there’s only one line. So usually there is kind of a back up when you’re ordering food and there can be a bit of a wait. ALSO, their is no drink fountain out in the dining area itself. So not only is there only one register but the cashier is oftentimes busy helping someone with a drink order, or getting a refill. THEN, when YOU want to get a drink refill you have to wait for that too! It’s just frustrating is all.
Normally I wouldn’t rate a chain restaurant this low. Especially not one that I eat at as regularly as I do this Wendy’s but this location has some problems. But hey, it’s Wendy’s and I keep coming back. The staff is really friendly and helpful, and it does have a parking lot, which is nice. Also, the drive through is really quick and efficient.
