Nice staff… excellent mixed iced coffee and the atmosphere is also quite nice. Gives me a quiet place to study as well. Their pastries are amazing.

Wien is conveniently a few minutes away from my work so I try NOT to come here as much due to my weekday diet. *sigh* but how can I resist?! They have a variety of pastries and everything satisfies my morning carb cravings! My favorite is the multigrain bagel with cream cheese and they have really good green tea latte. Staffs are really nice and it definitely gets real busy in the early AM’s so expect to wait in line.

Worst place ever .! The service is horrible I’ve been ordering from this place for couple months and today for the first time they tell me twice they will call me back that they are busy. So, when I finally ordered with my address they say they will call back again to check something. The final call ended sorry we cannot deliver to you cause I m too far when Im 2 miles away. This does not make sense at all… I even ordered extra bread to meet their $ 10 minimum.

Just happened upon this place while delivering a package downtown. The ladies behind the counter were very friendly and the pastries all looked pretty good. I had a small dark chocolate cake which was ok — nothing to Unilocal home about. I would also say that they could use a little more variety in their offerings. I would go back and try some of their drinks.

I love Wien! Their iced coffee is addicting, amazing, delicious and super strong. I go there often and they always remember me and my order, and say hello ;-)

Crack coffee and crack pasteries. That’s what Wien’s all about! If I lived on top of one I’d end up crushing the place!

I only go here because there’s not many options around downtown for decent coffee. The pastries are standard Korean pastries and fresh everyday, so that’s always good. The service? I only like the guy who’s worked here for a long time because he’s SUPER-EFFICIENT, and quick. He makes sure everything’s set up, the coffee is refilled, and he’s quick behind the counter. I’m sad he doesn’t work behind the counter as much anymore + they hired a couple of new girls for the summer who aren’t the brightest bulbs in the patch. I’m understanding if you’re new you might not know the price of something right away, or you might be slower to ring people up(although in my book of efficiency, people who handle customer service should have a fast learning curve so that they’re up-to-speed in no time.) However, for someone to not pay attention and tell you to return to the end of the line when you’ve BEEN standing in line for the past 10 – 15 minutes already with coffee in hand because obviously you made it to the front to get your order already. is inexcusable. I would suggest these girls learn a thing or two about customer service. because rather than set up a potential scene for a customer to get upset about it, they should quickly take care of the customer, apologize, and move on to the next person in line. It’s that simple. I’m not an irate type of customer because I myself deal with customers all day. She should’ve handled it better. Also, when you get familiar with customers who come back time and again, you should extend a little more amicability. a little Hi, How are you today? wouldn’t hurt anyone. I don’t need to have a full-on conversation but it would be nice if they greeted people.

Why didn’t you tell me you were here? I almost deducted a star for that, Wien. It’s a Korean bakery, and it’s here to make you fat. By fat, I mean an average sized American. The influx of Korean business owners has attracted many Korean goods. This is a convenience I adore, and to me, it’s better than 85 bakery, in Irvine. Why? Because there isn’t a 40 minute drive, and there’s not a half hour wait. It’s clean, service is standard, and the goods are fresh.
