My mother called to order flowers for my Dad’s funeral. She was treated very poorly over the phone and the order taker wouldn’t listen to what my mother wanted. He kept interrupting and stated to her she was being very specific and was worried she would crucify him if they didn’t do everything exactly has requested. The person on the phone told her to go somewhere else and hung up on her. Very poor excuse for customer service!

Threw my best friend a bridal shower and went to the LB flower shop for the center pieces and I absolutely loved it! I told them what I had visioned and they created exactly what I had in mind. The quality of the flowers were amazing! Vibrant and match the colors of the décor perfectly! The center piece for the bride was stunning! Can’t wait to become a regular customer!!!

I Have used this flower shop several times in the past 3 years. Last year they delivered 24 red roses that were wilted. They did replace the flowers, but I was disappointed. I resently placed an order for a birthday bouquet to be delivered on aug 20. They delivered them on aug 13, while the recipient was out of town, then they called her to let her know and ruined the surprise! Gee thanks ! I called to complain and they basically said, well too bad! I’ll never order for this company again. I’ll give campos florist a try.

Great flowers and friendly staff, willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy their customer. The only place to buy high quality flowers at a reasonable price in los banos! I’m proud to support this family business!

Called an order out to them from our shop. They were very accomodating with our client’s budget and made something that would work even though the price point wasn’t quite as high as they needed for the large order. Never got to see the arrangement (thus only 4 stars), but their customer service was stellar.
