The ladies are very slow, and he food portions are a joke. Forget about ordering Beef n Broccoli because you’ll be getting all broccoli. Sad Panda here…

I gave them 2 stars because the amount of food they give you is crap for the price you pay. See attachment litteraly was given about 4 pieces of brocolli, rice just enough to cover stirofoam plate(rice was cold for having just replaced it). Going to the Panda in my city to compare. But was a rip of !! 5 ***** for being clean.

Horrible service… Didnt have any of staples of this establishment ready to go like orange chicken or fried rice or chow mein. I had paid before i was told through drive thru that it would take 15 min before it would be ready. As i proceeded to park and wait for food i noticed the inside was empty. WHY is there no food ready for drive thru and why not tell me before i pay id have to wait… Manager came out with food and was not very kind at all about making me wait. While i was there 5 other cars were made to wait in parking lot for there food as well. Yet no customers inside restuarant. Dont go here…

Today 9÷27÷2015 Emalyn the manager was very unprofessional. First, their was a problem with the Coke/Diet Coke and she didn’t even bother to look at it she just kept YELLING«I already fixed it!» I brushed it off, pored myself lemonade and sat down to eat my food. Then, I found a HAIR in my rice. Really? This is the SECOND time I visit this location and the SECOND time I find hairs in my rice! I was nice enough not to make a big deal on my first visit but today I felt that I to tell the manager. So when I called Emalyn over, showed her the pea that had the hair stuck on it– she argued with me back!!! She blamed it on company that packs the frozen vegetables!!! She did not apologize even after telling her that this was the second time I had found hair in my food. OKAY. Then, I the«TOO nice» costumer just turned around, looked at my food again, same plate(Yea, because she did not even bother to offer me a new meal) and guess what I found? Another hair. My mom picked up my plate took it to her and asked for our money back. She HESITATED! She was not happy, she never apologized!!! This is what you call a manager?! Sorry maybe she was not the manager, but she was sure the«big» boss on duty, because I heard and saw how she bossed around the employees. Which was another minus. This location sucks!!!

Very, very poor communication skills. I had to repeat my order at least 3 times, and the line was not orderly, and it was just a mess. I have it 2 stars instead of 1 because they have a great selection of zero calorie drinks, other than that, it needs some improvement.

I’ve never really had a bad experience here until today. The girl Priscilla at the order box was extremely rude and short with me. Thanks for the bad experience Priscilla makes me want to go back. If your not happy working at panda don’t work there. Don’t take it out on everyone else just because your unhappy.

This review is primarily about a particular staff member that works at this location and not entirely about the quality of the food. I normally don’t eat fast food, especially the bastardization of Chinese cuisine that is Panda Express. Chinese food in America is basically mainland street food that tries to swerve along with the health code. Panda Express is essentially expedited fast food that simulates Chinese style recipes that appears appetizing to Anglo suburbanite America with little to no nutritional value in any of the menu items. Because of certain circumstances I was forced to eat here when I was visiting friends in Los Banos; The food here was atrocious. The migraine from the MSG like substances in their over processed foodstuff is too much; especially the gastrointestinal problems that occurred shortly after I ate here was the worst! The reason I’m writing is because of a lovely staff member there whom was so intriguing that she deserved a positive Unilocal review. First off, she is new and I think her name is Katrina? She’s in her early 20’s, Latina with fair skin, blackish/blueish hair, short, captivating eyes, and a magnificent personality. We spoke at length since it wasn’t too busy and I found she was very personable, a real human being; witty, funny, and quite possibly overqualified & underpaid for her position. She seemed pretty happy to be working at Panda Express and that was amazing in itself. I guess in Los Banos any work is good work even if it’s at a crummy fake Westernized fast food joint. Her intelligence and professionalism for being a new hire astounded me for how fast she picked up the job. Usually new hires, or even veteran employees, are still fumbling around or are just plain old burnt out. My message to management and HR is to not let this person go. Give her raises. I mean a real raise, one that provides a Livable Wage. Promote her. Treat her with respect and dignity. Give her full medical/dental/vision benefits. Make her feel welcomed. And give her paid vacation time after she overworks herself for Panda Express. I only met her once and I wish could recruit her and have her work for me if I didn’t live a fortnight away. Anyone coming in to dine here, do it only to be dazzled by Katrina. And no, I’m not inviting anyone to hit on her, that’s unprofessional and rude. She’s very knowledgeable in many subjects and is a joy to have been served by her. Panda Express gets zero stars for the quality of their food, but Katrina’s customer service is worth a hundred Unilocal stars.

Slow service. Had to repeat my order 4 times for the lady at the counter to get it correct. This was a problem for everyone in line. The process from getting in line to paying was over 30 minutes. The food was cold and sub par. The rice tasted stale and the fire breast chicken didn’t have any flavor. The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The toilet seat was broken and there was trash and paper towels on the floor. I will not recommend this location and feel that corporate need to investigate this location.

Make sure you have a back up on what you are going to order because they always seem to be out of things. And when they tell you to wait 2 mins next to drive thru because what you ordered isn’t ready yet just be sure that you they really meant 20 mins. Annoying!

the worst Panda Express I’ve been to. Girl at the drive-through window was very unfriendly, with an attitude. Food was stale and nearly flavorless. Any orange chicken Ive had at other locations, is very flavorful and the chicken is juicy, but here, it was not exactly fresh and it was hard, as if under a heat lamp for the last 6 hours. Probably was given the last batch or something, with all the leftovers instead of being given a new batch.

Went to Panda tonight, wanted green bean chicken, they were out of green beans — strike one, sat in line for over 20 minutes –strike two, when we finally got up asking why taking so long young lady coped an attitude and stated our order was still not ready. It would be at least another 4 minutes-strike three. Apparently if you order teriyaki chicken it takes 16 minutes. why would you sell an item that takes 16 minutes on a drive thru menu!

We were travelling to San Jose from the Valley and we stopped to get a quick bite to eat that wasn’t McDonalds and etc. Well, we all ate different items and we all got sick to our stomaches. enough said and we will never eat at that location.

Quick and easy stop on way to Bay Area. On the east end of Los Banos, this Panda has good assortment of items. Congenial staff and clean dining room.

My cousin & I were stuck, just got in across the street to a local motel and we were hungry to say the least. Place was closing it’s doors for the night and they assisted us with out a problem, very kind people, the food trays were almost empty, but you have to understand we were there a few mins past closing time, but they went out of their way to feed us. Thank You All !
