I’ve been seeing Ayoung for the past 6 months and she continues to help me to balanced my liver, kidney, gall bladder and pancreas function in additional other wellness issues. I spent a period of time detoxing from mercury poisoning and she has been instrumental in my healing process. I continue to see her on a weekly basis and highly recommend her.

I’ve been seeing Ayoung for about a year from a recommendation. I had knee issues due to years of abuse and now i can walk upstairs with little to no pain .
Ayoung is warm, knowledgeable and listens with total respect. I continue to see Ayoung for minor issues but mostly for mind-​body balance.
I have total faith in Ayoung and cannot imagine seeing anyone else for acupuncture .

Ayoung is an honest, intelligent, caring practitioner. I have been a patient of hers since December 2013, and I am coming up on almost a year’s worth of consistent treatment from this gifted healer.
I initially sought acupuncture for various physical ailments that arose after I quit drinking alcohol. At 22 years old, I was extremely fatigued, covered in skin rashes and hives after eating certain things, battling insomnia, anxiety, depression, and complete dis-​ease. Kaiser Permanente had nothing of substance to offer me to move forward in my healing, diagnosing me with Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Seasonal Allergies. any so-​called «doctors» tried to prescribe me Prednisone, Zyrtec, and Antidepressants. I refused to fill my body with more toxicity. I pursued healing through Eastern Medicine, because I knew there had to be something more. After nearly a year of acupuncture treatment from Ayoung (paired with clean eating, rest, and yoga), I am proud to report that my skin issues have almost completely resolved, I am no longer depressed or anxious, and the digestive system is healed and getting stronger.
Ayoung is very adamant about listening to her patients and responding in a manner sensitive to that patient’s needs. I have grown to have a friend in my acupuncturist, because of how open she is with her communication skills.
Ayoung never stops trying to improve the health of her patients, and is just as dedicated to her own development of her education along with self-​care. She frequently attends seminars about acupuncture and is seemingly a life-​long student!
I would recommend Ayoung to any human being who wants to feel better about ANYTHING, whether it be a physical, emotional, or spiritual ailment, because all things are interconnected. Her office in Los Gatos at ABS Studios is beautiful, clean, and warm!
