5 star for an excellent service. I brought 3 watches, two to change batteries and one to adjust the band.
Yousef adjusted the band for one watch and changed the battery for the other watch in no time. He’s super fast and good. The 3rd watch, I tried to change the battery myself before and I managed to bend the cover without noticing. He fixed it for me for no additional charge.
This is my go to watch shop now !

Fantastic service of a time of old, pun intentional, repair, replacement, or to purchase a new gift, or upgrade your collection of watches this is a one stop shop. Band replacement, battery replacement, or simply to get your wall clock working correctly again, repair, replacement, upgrade, or just to shop. I applaud this wonderful place for maintaining it’s vigilance in a tough economic environment when people throw away good watches instead of pay 10.00 for a new battery, this is a professional, cost efficient, place for anything watches or clocks.

Doman watch provided excellent service in replacing my watch battery in a very reasonable time with reasonable fee. What impressed me was that his store is in a in a convenient location, very clean, and his professional manner in taking care of customers needs. I highly recommend his services to anyone that needs watch or clock repairs. By the way, I noticed he does sell and repairs brand name watches:) I support local businesses that provide good services!

No one would touch my Burberry watch at Oakridge then i remember this place very close to my house. The gentleman was very nice and quick with battery change.
$ 10 for a regularly battery $ 25 for a fancy watch.

Fantastic experience! I just had batteries changed on 3 watches. Very reasonable pricing and it took Yousef (owner) only a few min to complete all three. He is was very knowledgeable about watches and their repair and works on high end watches. The store itself is very nice and the selection of watches is very good if interested in buying your next favorite watch.
I’m glad this store opened in my neighborhood and I will definitely go back for repair and purchase.

Super friendly, super responsive. Went out of their way to repair my watchband — including improvising a solution that worked because the parts were not available. 1⁄3 the price of what a jeweler in SF asked for — whom also didn’t have the right parts and no way I was going to drive back to SF anyway.
I would recommend these guys any day … kind, friendly, trustworthy, reasonable prices and they will do right by you. :-)

Excellent and friendly service! I have a Michele watch and it’s difficult to find a battery. The battery was quickly replaced while I had the most delightful conversation. Will be back with my husband’s watch. Highly recommended :-)

I dropped my Gucci watch on a hard floor, the glass broke and watch stopped running. I took it
to Doman watch store, he checked it and diagnosed that the movement was totally damaged and
had to be replaced. His price estimate was positively surprising to me and way below other estimates. He repaired it and gave me one year warranty.
I am a businessman for more than 30 years and can recognize professional and honest business people, yosef is one of the best whom I did business with.

I brought my watch in for repair. It had only been a few months since Macy’s replaced the battery. The owner replaced the battery, and it seemed to be fine. He said, if it continues to keep the correct time, come back and pay me for the repair. If it doesn’t, I’ll replace the battery, and you can take it back to Macy’s for their warranty. I went in to pay him today, and he’d forgotten I owed him any money. Honesty is the best policy, and I appreciate his trust. Great guy, great store!

I brought many watches to have battery changed.
A few watches for repair.
Two out of the four repairs were good work.
The other two were not really carried out with care or thought that I might not agree with” it’s good enough” policy.
I made it clear is was not and am waiting for correction.
Very nice person but I probably will only use for battery changes.
