Brilliant and insightful practitioner. Gentle, direct, and intuitive. Her understanding of trauma (both shock and developmental) helped me to navigate a critical time in my professional life that was being affected by early developmental trauma.

Going to Ellen literally changed my life. I had an accident many years ago and had much residual problems and pain. Through somatic experiencing Ellen was able to piece me back together physically and emotionally. It’s hard to describe unless you’ve been to her. As a result of about 10 sessions I now have less chronic pain, sleep better and am more emotionally connected to the people around me. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

Ellen is truly one of the most talented and caring bodywork practicioners around. I have not seen her regularly, but every time I do, its like no time has passed. She’s one of a kind, go see her if you want to try something healing and wonderful.
