Saira is a colleague at our private practice. In our supervision groups I learn how concerned and caring Saira is toward her clients. She is highly empathetic, positive and brings in elements from energy healing, transpersonal psychology and spirituality She is very committed to their growth and actively engaged in that process with her clients. As a client it would be a huge bonus to have her as your ally and therapist.

Saira has a very warm and nurturing presence. The way she has helped me process my thoughts and feelings has been very effective. Afterwards, I felt much more reassured and clearer about what was true for me. She has a lot patience and understanding, where I felt safe and truly cared for. I highly recommend doing therapy and counseling with her.
