Hair Extensions Only

Good or bad… I will never know…
I contacted Hair Extenstion Only last week and until today i have gotten nowhere with them. The message when you call says to leave a text for faster response so i did thinking wow they really stepped into the new tech age. I get a text back that someone will be calling the next day. Fine. Next day i get nothing. A day later i get a phone call and no message. Two days later a text saying someone would call ASAP. And here we are a week after my initial inquires and i haven’t spoke to anyone regarding services i was looking into.
I truely think this is just a case of poor customer service and not a bad game of phone tag. If you can easily lose track of potential clients this way i dont understand how they can manage to keep existing clients statisfied.
I am more than happy to pay whatever it takes to achieve my desire results. But require exceptional service from start to finish. So Hair Extension Only has lost potential business with their lack of responsiveness…

I had the privilege of working with Amy Bridgeman when she worked in Walnut Creek. At the time, she and I both did hair extensions and I was new to the salon where Amy had established a clientele. I must admit that I was a bit intimidated at being the new girl. ;). Unbelievably, my friend Amy welcomed me with open arms. We bonded and shared our knowledge and love for the art of hair! I have learned so much from Miss Amy. She encouraged me to take classes and learn new techniques. We even took a road trip together to attend a class in Los Angeles together, even sharing a banana crème pie and lots of laughs! ;)
In all the years I have been in this industry, I have never met anyone who loves doing extensions and making clients feel beautiful by changing their look more than Amy. I am so impressed with her level of dedication to providing her client with the highest level of professionalism. I have watched her put in hair strand by strand so that the hair flows and moves the way it should. She is kind and has integrity. She is knowledgeable and genuine. I just love her.
In the beauty industry it is hard to find someone with the type of spirit that Amy has. She always does her best. I too love this industry and strive to give it my all. If I’m ever in need of advise or direction I call my friend Amy and she shared with me everything she has. She is never stingy because she wants me to be successful as much as I want that for her. She’s just that kind of class act. We don’t talk often but I know that if I call she will answer. If I know anyone looking for hair in her area she gets my highest recommendation. Amy Bridgeman and Hair Extensions Only will give you the best they have to offer. I promise you will not be disappointed.
