Iain was an excellent contractor– finishing ahead of schedule, high quality of work, and an good eye for design. We just completed a major cosmetic upgrade to the inside and outside of our house and could not be happier. His prices are competitive and his ability to communicate with us throughout the project gave us the piece of mind we needed. We were also crunched for time and somehow he made it work and completed as promised. We have had our share of contractors, which gives us a good perspective of quality vs. price. Iain is a great value… Highly recommended.

I Highly recommend Iain Baxter– General Contractor. He is reputable, experienced, a great communicator, and is extremely dependable. He recently helped me with kitchen remodel which turned out amazing.
He is very detail oriented, honest, and has a hands-on approach to projects, unlike some of the others. I strongly recommend him. I refer him to all of my friends and clients and I have had nothing but positive, glowing remarks about him and his stellar work. I HIGHLY recommend him! I’d give him six stars if it were possible. He did a very professional job, and we are negotiating with him for a second remodeling project now.
