I bought my house with outstanding issues with the county. With Bob tackling the craftsmanship and advising me in my interactions with the building department and plans I was able to successfully address the outstanding issues. Bob has a good understanding of building code, and a good, «bedside manner,» that makes him invaluable when working with inspectors and other contractors.
During my project I had other contractors assist me in such things as plumbing, pest control, and concrete. Bob was a great help in managing these third parties, and I could always trust the job would be done to my standards. When improvisation was required, Bob could be counted on to make the right decision.
My house was the first to be worked on in the neighborhood, and the craftsmanship displayed was enough to convince my neighbors to hire Bob immediately. In fact, we are now in a sort of tug-​of-​war to see who get’s to schedule Bob’s time first!
The reviews are so positive I feel the need to color them with a bit of criticism. When I started working with Bob, he wasn’t accustomed to texting. My generation lives and dies by text, so sometimes communication would break down for an hour or so. But I am happy to report that Bob has recently acquired a smart phone and is now an active texter, so I guess it all comes out positive!
My recommendation is to hire Bob for your project as soon as possible, otherwise you’ll have to get in line.

I first began working with Bob in 2007 when i first started flipping houses. Bob has flipped over 25 houses for me since that time. His work is exceptional, he is always on deadline and he his trustworthy. From simple projects to high end custom work Bob takes the same care and delivers fantastic work every time. Bob has a wealth of experience that he has brought to each project and often lends design and finish ideas that save time, money and look fantastic. i can not recommend Bob highly enough.

Bob is truly, truly, truly AMAZING! Bob built 2 decks for us: one deck is 20’x15’ and the other is approximately 30’x17’; he finished each deck in one week, can you believe it? My husband keeps showing off the decks to everyone who visits us and jumps on them to show how well-​built they are. Bob framed-​out walls and built a floor, in a now functional basement for us in 2 days. Bob also built-​up a floor (he meticulously ripped out the old 50-​year old oak flooring, glued and screwed-​in new joists, and topped it off with sanded plywood all in 2 days) to raise a sunken living room that is now level to the adjacent rooms. Yay! No more tripping accidents for our guests. Bob even covered the plywood with thick rosin paper, stapled and taped it down, so my toddlers would not get splinters on their feet (Can you believe him? He is so thoughtful). Bob was so fast on our projects that I am still trying to decide on hardwood flooring choices for the living room, paint colors for the decks, and new kitchen cabinets because I want Bob to do my kitchen now.
As evidenced by his work, Bob is exceptionally gifted, brilliant, and a true artist. I thought the art of craftsmanship disappeared over the years (with the work that I have seen in the past with other so-​called contractors), but we clearly found it in Bob. He takes great pride in his work, taking the personal investment that comes with his handmade designs (they are masterpieces). He is a genuine master craftsman who puts a critical eye to his creations, and his perfectionism clearly shows in his work. Oh, and most importantly… he is the most punctual person I know, he is honest, trustworthy, and authentic. He is the only contractor I will ever turn to, and the best part is… he has become part of our family. I seriously want Bob to etch-​in his autograph on our decks (just as craftsmen do to their handmade creations) because I know he is truly a master in our lifetime. Bob, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
