Pretty good spot in downtown Los Gatos. Pro Tip: Use the Lil shakers of spices and stuff just to the left of the register for your pizza. Plan to pay about 4.50 or so per slice. It can get a bit crowded thats for sure. My advice is to just order what they have already made in the window. Dont like that one? Try it you just might like it more than waiting 3 extra minutes or so for others that might not be ready yet.

Every PMH seems to employ very down-to-earth, helpful people and this location is no exception. Customer service is super nice. This location is small and parking can be difficult in downtown Los Gatos but it’s worth it. The pizza is delicious and there is something for everyone. They do a great job, by the slice or a whole pie. Salads are super fresh and delicious too. Support your local pizza!

Very enjoyable. Should have asked for crisp warm up as crust was too soft for my taste. Had one super veg slice with red onion, tomato, artichoke hearts and more and it was tasty. The other was my favorite with their almond pesto that was delicious. Wish I had bought a few slices to go.

Slices are decent enough, as far as Pizza My Heart goes. Well overpriced for the quality(nearly any $ 2 – 3 slice in New York will handily trounce what you’ll get for $ 7 here), but that’s par for the course in California. Nevertheless, it’s the closest thing to a street corner pizzeria in New York that you’re likely to find in California, so they can get away with it. With that said, don’t bother ever buying whole pizzas here, unless you want to be annoyingly careful about asking what ingredients will end up on the pie. Seriously, it’s a hassle and a ripoff. Every time I’ve ordered one, some topping was out of stock. Each time, they’ve gone ahead with charging me for the order and making it, minus the missing ingredients, never once letting me know or asking me if I still want it. A figgy piggy without figs, a sausage pepperoni without sausage, and a porkalicious without pork rinds. It’s bad enough they charge typically between $ 30 and $ 40 for a shitty pizza that would never survive in Brooklyn. Is it too much to ask to give me what I’ve paid for? I’m a damned idiot if I ever visit this place again.

My family I visited this Pizza My Heart location yesterday evening and today for lunch as we also visited the Apple Store. We walked in and were greeted by the staff. There was not much line. We ordered a whole pizza and told our wait was about fifteen minutes. We sat down and waited and it was about ten minutes past and were told it would be another five to ten minutes. I appreciated that they informed us about the waiting time. Justin then offered us drinks as we waited. The staff were very friendly and I hope other places would be like this. The prices are affordable and there a lot of choices of pizza and you can also order salads to go with your pizza. Overall, our experience was outstanding. Three thumbs should deserve five stars.

I like visiting this PMH, it’s in a great location in downtown Los Gatos. The employees are really friendly and greet you right as you walk in the door. I think the pizza is great, they have a good variety of pizza. I also like that they have a stamp card that that you can use each time you visit to earn rewards. In my opinion, the pizza slice & T-shirt combo is a great value, plus. The shirts are pretty cool too. Most of the seating consists of booths made for two, just by the way. Also, it’s awesome that the 2014 pizza tossing Champion, Justin, is the manager at PMH Los Gatos!

The. Best. Pizza, Ever. Thin and crispy, they heat it up for you by the slice. Staff is young, friendly and attractive. The place is kinda small, but you can eat outside in the back on the covered patio with a larger group.

This place is amazing! I spoke with HR about 2 weeks ago in order to make a custom Valentine’s Day order for the CALFIRE station in Los Gatos, which is 12 miles away from their location, 10 miles more than they usually deliver too. They agreed and told me to make the order ahead of time. I called a week later, made the order, and told them I would pay whatever delivery fee it would cost to deliver 10 miles farther away than they normally do and then I added a $ 10 tip. My boyfriend got his order at the PERFECTTIME today and he was so surprised, and the driver was even able to tell him who the order was from, and it totally made his day! As far as my day, I finally got my receipt from corporate. and they charged me a very small delivery fee… I was so touched that they went out of their way to make my long-distance Valentine’s Day surprise come to life! Cannot thank this company enough for the wonderful customer service I received, and I can guarantee you that the CALFIRE station appreciated it as well. You have our business for life! Thanks again everyone at Pizza My Heart!

Usually I give people the benefit of the doubt, but there was just too many issues I could not let pass by. I was the last of our 10 party group to order pizza and still deciding when an older couple came in behind me and the surfer looking guy took their order first. Meh. That didn’t bother me. He took our order next and we got two slices, which surfer guy put in the oven. Right after that, surfer guy brought out a whole pepperoni and sausage pizza and my friend asked«what’s that?!» The surfer guy told us it was not too late to switch it out and called it the«Big Sur.» So we switched out one of our slices so we could get the pepperoni and sausage. As my group waited for our pizzas to heat up, there was definitely confusion on who’s pizza was who’s. This was not just an issue I noticed within our group, but with at least two other different customer orders as well. Our last two slices came out and they tried to give us the«Big Sur,» which was definitely NOT pepperoni and sausage. My friend was explaining that he wanted the pepperoni and sausage one, but the surfer guy told my friend that what we ordered was the Big Sur and said that«Garlic is good for you man.» SERIOUSLY? Who says that to a customer who obviously didn’t get what we paid for? On top of that, they kicked us out before they were actually closed and turned off most of the lights to ensure we left before 1PM. Another negative strike was that they told my gf that there was no bathroom… NEVER coming back here again. Horrible, horrible service. If I could give a zero star, I would!

Very good, fresh pizza that is open until 1am. It’s a local south bay chain that has some tasty combo, pesto, garlic bacon chicken and other pizzas. You can also get a slice and a t-shirt for only $ 6! They have a ton of sauces and powders like curry, lemon pepper, garlic, and more that make the pizza taste even better. The service was kinda iffy though, granted we did get there at 1245am(15 mins before closing, which isn’t ideal, but it’s Sat night post bar hopping and that’s normal i’m sure, it’s not a random Tuesday), but they gave away my pizza to someone else on accident, then asked us to leave at 1255am sharp. I do know it’s late and everyone wants to get home, but give us a 5 minute leeway. Also, one of the workers said there was no bathroom, which was a lie, in order for him to get home earlier.

Great Friendly Service. Parking is hard to find anytime of the day here downtown Los Gatos. You’re in luck if you find any in less than 5min. Took me about 10min to find a parking. It Serves a Huge slice of pizza! I ordered a Combination which cost me $ 4.25. Thinly breaded and the cheese was cheesy enough that it holds the toppings perfectly:) the crust was very crunchy! «Two thumbs up!»

Solid pepperoni pizza and decent traditional pizza. I really like their thin crust and crisp edges, the pepperoni is spicy and good, the cheese isnt really tasted since the toppings dominate. the only downside is the epic grease, but that usually happens with pepperoni pizza, but P.M.Y. seems to always have extra amounts. sauce is also kinda«meh». Slice of NY is still the tops for bay area(along with giovannis in sunnyvale)

The pizza was definitely a 3.5 star considering all aspects such as taste, portion, and price. The pizzas were okay, but it is definitely overpriced at over $ 4 a slice considering the quality of ingredients and that the slices were very thin. The worst of all, service. The girls who took my order simply forgot my order. And the place was not busy at all. There was one person before and after me. Yet, as they saw me sitting in front of them for close to 20min, they didn’t realize that they haven’t put in my order even though the person after me got his pizza rather promptly. When I asked them where my pizza was, they started looking for it in the oven… Wtf… Then they sorry in the most half assed manner and start baking. I asked them very politely, too. Oh well.

Thanks for being there to sober me up at 1 am and having ranch at all times Not to mention how convenient the location is. Every time I’ve gone in, the staff has been super friendly and down to earth. I praise them for dealing with the traffic coming in between 10-closing because it gets loud/rowdy in there! I highly highly recommend drenching your pizza in the ranch because it makes it that much better. You can’t go wrong with cheese, pesto, or primavera… Ever.

It’s so good; it’s just so damn good. Pizza My Heart blows all other delivery pizza out of the water, and is local and handmade. The store in downtown Los Gatos is tiny and really only good if you want to grab a quick slice on the go – if you want the real Pizza My Heart experience, order a whole pie to go or delivery. Skip the basic cheese and pesto pizzas(they’re good, but there’s better), and explore the award winning speciality pizzas. The Figgy Piggy is our favorite(dried figs, bacon, feta, sage, garlic and herb sauce) but the Watsonville Apple is a close second(green apples, gorgonzola, onions, pepperoni, bacon, and herbs). Please come to SF!

Pizza My Heart really spoke to my heart(corny?) Friend wanted a slice before going to a bar, the décor was nice, pizza smelled great, and the pizzaristas(pizza baristas) were very friendly and entertaining. They have a bathroom in the back(outside the restaurant). Pizza isn’t really my thing but I’d grab a slice the next time I’m looking for some grub. *Justin, one of the guys there also got 2014 World Champion Pizza Tosser, which is actually pretty cool for a pizza place
