Great place. I appreciate the time that was taken to help me look for an engagement ring. I was just beginning to explore my options to see what rings would work for me when I came in so I was not ready to make a decision on the day of. I appreciate not feeling pressured from the man helping me. They can custom order from the various carriers that they work with. I do wish the selection in store was a bit bigger.

I am beyond thrilled with my experience with Teel’s Jewelry. I started using them about 2 years ago for jewelry repair and cleaning. Everyone who works there has always been very welcoming, professional and warm, even when I just had small repair work for them. I decided to have some rings made with stones I had in other pieces of jewelry. Robert met with me several times to come up with the ring designs and was a delight to work with. He kept me well informed throughout the process, exchanged phone calls, texts and pictures and even finished the job two weeks ahead of schedule so i would have my rings by Valentines Day. The rings exceeded my expectations — they are just spectacular! Robert is a very talented designer. I am recovering from knee surgery and had no way to get over to the shop to pick up the rings. Rich (I believe the owner) actually delivered the rings to me at my house. I was shocked and delighted. This store has won my business forever!!!

This jewelry store was recommended by a friend of mine. I was celebrating my 20 yr anniversary and wanted a 1 carat diamond ring. They found me the diamond in my price point and it was beautiful! A couple months later, I was able to upgrade to a 1 ½ carat. I was able to exchange my other diamond, for what paid, and put it towards the 1 ½ carat. Again, they stayed within my budget. I am very please with my purchase. The customer service is phenomenal. They carrier Simon G and I have purchased other pieces, which are beautiful. There is never any pressure to buy and The entire staff make the buying experience very positive — they are very knowledgeable, professional and fun to work with!
If your looking for quality diamonds or jewelry, this is the place to visit.
Hubby now has a wish list from there, so it will make it easy for him to purchase special jewelry.

Excellent service, knowledgeable, experienced and very friendly customer oriented staff. Robert designed an amazing 5.5 carat diamond ring for me. The workmanship is superb, he worked with me to make sure that I am completely satisfied with every little detail. I’ve dealt with other jewelers in the past, Teel’s are by far one of the best jewelry industry has to offer. This was not my first experience dealing with Richard and his staff. They helped me choose a setting for a wedding ring, I’ve bought exquisite estate jewelry from them and I will absolutely go back to them.

I was shopping for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and this was the place that won me me over. They were able to find some harder to obtain stones than usual and were quick with the delivery and options of them. They were informative and patient as I made a couple trips in to get things just right and to help me decide what would be best for me, all within the price range I was looking at. They were extremely friendly and welcoming in every interaction. They even re-​sized the ring for free after I made a mistake. Overall, it was truly a wonderful experience and I will be back for any of my jewelry needs. Thanks so much!

Great and honest service!!! I had spent 4 – 5 months doing research and shopping for an engagement ring for my fiancé. It got to the point where I had gone to so many places that there were too many choices, until I found Teels jewelry. Teels was actually the last store I decided to visit. There were several reasons as to why I decided to buy my engagement ring here. One was the fact that Richard was straight forward and honest from start to finish. That initial impression already had me sold. Second reason was that Robert and Sue provided the utmost superb customer service and they were very helpful in catering to your needs. Last but not least, I was able to save approximately a little more than $ 2000 dollars on similar stones that I had shopped for in previous stores. So if you value honesty, superb customer service, and a great deal then Teels Jewelry is the right place for you. Thanks guys!!!

I am sorry that my husband and I didn’t start our search for my engagement ring here. We got the setting elsewhere and diamond from Teel’s. Mr. Teel is the «friend you need in the diamond business». You will get excellent service and a better price on diamonds here than you will at the chain stores.

Friendly, knowledgable staff who go out of their way for you (down to remembering my name when I went back a second time a few weeks after my first visit!).
I have been very impressed with the standard of workmanship on the repairs I have had done there, especially those on my grandmother’s antique (obviously) engagement ring.
Three visits so far and I will definitely be back.

I love this place! They treat you like royalty whenever you stop by, always cleaning my rings and just super friendly. Sue is the bomb.
They remade a ring for me, and what can I tell you? It came out more beautiful than i expected it to and I get so many compliments on it. Robert is a wonderful designer.

My Fiancé bought my engagement ring here and I’ve never been happier with a piece of such exquisite taste! Granted I’m a little biased since the setting is customized, but it took the flexibility and great service from Teel’s that helped me find the EXACT style I was looking for.
I started out showing Teel’s pictures of settings I liked and highlighted what I liked most out of each. And together we took the best from each and made it my own! I love that every time I come in I can get it professionally cleaned, steamed and checked.

I’m a guy. In other words, I cannot buy the right jewelery without help. Ever.
I had a few beautiful loose stones I had picked up India and begged for help for a ring setting for my wife. Sue was amazing. She picked up a couple of designs, called me when they were ready to view, helped me pick out the perfect setting.
My wife was absolutely stunned when I presented the ring at our anniversary.
The service was amazing and now I have a jeweler (the people — not just the store) I feel comfortable walking in and talking to.

Long overdue review from me. Not a first time shopper, nor a first time buyer from Teels (because it always comes in a beautiful white box wrapped in pink rose paper and perfectly done pink bow). I know the box, I know the paper, and I’m familiar with the beautiful gifts that I have received from the establishment.
My family has been going to Teels for YEARS… and I mean as far back as I can recall. There is no other place you would want to go for expertise and jewelry than Teels. Custom settings come out beautifully and they always have suggestions for pieces.
My review stems not only with the stellar service I have received there, but my friends have as well. A friend of mine was recently married and her setting was falling apart and she had lost two stones (she did not have her ring done at Teels) I told her the first time to go there, and then she finally did. They repaired her setting and explained to her that the jeweler that did the setting never reinforced the setting where it would actually hold the stones. I mean, its sooo nice to know things like that so you don’t end up losing a diamond!
I truly recommend going here for WHATEVER your jewelry needs (a want is a need, right?) It’s family owned and operated. Richard and Lori truly treat their patrons like family. The whole team at Teels is fantastic. They really are the best jewelers.

Richard, Lori, Sue and the crew at Teel’s are such a great group of people to work with. Engagement ring shopping, obviously, isn’t an easy task but these guys really setup a comfortable, no pressure-​enviornment that made it way easy.
After I sat down with Richard to talk over my requirements, he took the time to answer all my questions and gave me all my reasonable options without trying to sell me something outside of my budget. On top of that, he was able to do better than my requirements and also sought to give me what I felt was the best, honest deal possible on what I wanted.
These guys really know what they are doing and are super flexible. Richard definitely knows his stuff as shown by his gemologist credentials displayed behind his desk. I felt like I took a class in gems after chatting it up with him, which was definitely a good thing.
You definitely are paying for great service when you come here so don’t try and cheap out and go to a wholesale/​chain jewelry store. These guys feel like old friends after working with them on getting the perfect ring for my fiancée.
If my fiancée cried loving the solitare the first time, then again when she saw the final custom setting, and I’m happy with what I spent, then I think Teel’s definitely did the job! Thanks Richard and Team!
Give yourself enough time to work with these guys and they’ll definitely show you a lot of care and attention. We definitely have returned here for a couple extra purchases and repairs and will continue to do so in the future.
