I recently was introduced to High Tech Burrito by my boyfriend George. He has his own bowl, full of great healthy choices for refueling the body. I love the bowl but I can’t seem to finish it, when I bring it home I reheat it the next morning adding an egg and more vegetables, the second meal is awesome too! Order George’s bowl, they will know what to do. When I have tried bowls from other places they are always too salty.

Good food, fairly reasonable prices. Would have been 5 stars if they didn’t charge for bagged chips and salsa. Get with the program guys, give the chips away.

Not the best, certainly not the worst. This is Mexican food Los Gatosized. But I do really like their Thai Chicken Burrito and the same meal in bowl form.

This is one of my go-to places. I’ve been coming here for years and the consistency is amazing. Half the time, I order the Thai Chicken and it tastes exactly the same each time. Other times I experiment with others and they are all good. As someone who enjoys good food, I have to say that this is a great place. The food is always cooked perfectly and piping hot. Even when I get the food for take-away, the food is still how when I get home. 5 stars.

There tacos are SOGOOD. I used to work a couple doors down and I’d grab a quick power snack there. 2 tacos does the job. Idk what sauce they put on it but it’s bomb. Their regular burritos, in my opinion, are overrated, but still good. Also their kids bean burritos are a good quick snack. Also, their loyalty program is really well kept. They take your phone number and every $ 100 you spend you get a free entrée. I went all the time so I’ve gotten tones of free burritos.

The tacos here are very good. I wasn’t a real fan of the rice. Prices seemed reasonable.

Only 8 people but incredibly loud. The overwhelming hip hop /rap blaring outof low-fidelity speakers assaulted me until I left. The calming effect of leaving helped me understand I am just not cool enough for this place.

Got surf/turf burrito here for 9 $. And it was with burned onions all inside this burrito and only 3 small shrimp and barely any meat(I knew all these because I opened all the burrito after every bite tested burned and it was bunch of burned black pieces onions that got«sautéed with shrimp»). I told the cashier lady and she said she will go let them know and then I just heard them laugh right away. Very unprofessional customer service. 9÷3÷1512.30 pm

Came in here to grab a quick lunch with friends. I haven’t been here in years. Can’t even remember what I used to order when they first opened, once upon a long time ago. Got the grilled chicken burrito. Quick, easy, and pretty tasty for a non-traditional-mexican burrito joint.

My family and I are so disappointed that High Tech changed their pinto beans(or at least that’s what the manager told us). The kids always order itty bitty beanie burritos, but today both or them said they tasted«weird» and thought we got the order wrong. My wife and I looked at the burritos more closely and gave them a taste. The beans looked like dog food, tasted bland, and had a very strange texture. Photo posted. We called the manager and she informed us the changed the beans(faster cooking beans) was the reason. I’d think better tasting would be more important. Unfortunately we lost our favorite goto restaurant. I really hope they change back to the original beans.

We had not been here for a while so we thought we would stop for lunch today. I had a Thai Chicken Burrito and my husband had the BBQ Chicken Burrito. The burritos were freshly made and hot. The sauce on mine was too thick(gloopy) and I would have preferred a lot more veggies instead of so much rice. My husband enjoyed his. The place was clean, with a minimal wait for our food. There are a lot more options than Chipotle but unlike Chipotle the burritos are not made in front of you so you don’t have any input on the amount of ‘stuff’ that goes into it.

Friendly staff, good food and decent prices. Can’t ask for much more than that! I’ve tried multiple burritos and been happy with each. Worth a visit if you’re in the neighborhood.

We’ve been coming here for many moons and usually get the Thai Peanut(formerly Thai Me Down). Consistently good and fast and for Los Gatos relatively cheap. Interesting menu with many different and creative options. Admittedly this is not your authentic taqueria like Taqueria La Bamaba in Mtn. View, but hey what do you expect it’s Los Gatos!

We are regulars here. My wife just went to get our usual dinner. She walked in a couple of minutes before 9:00 p.m. And was told, «we are out of food». You’ve got to be kidding me!!! At least they could train their employees a better response like, «I’m sorry, we just closed for the night». I know everyone likes to get out as soon as they can after working their shift but my take is that if you enter the restaurant during posted business hours you will get served. Some restaurants even post the time that they will take their last orders. You know what? Maybe they did run out of food!

********************* 1304 ********************** Casual spot for a quick meal, love their chicken or fish bowl, it comes with bean, salad, sautéed veggies, topping with 2 pieces of fish or chicken. It’s a fresher fast food option, friendly service, FREE fountain drink if you check in with Unilocal

I have been coming to High Tech for many years. Food is decent and very consistent. Service is fast and friendly, resultant is always clean. Lots of variety on the menu, great for family takeout. I feel like the food at High Tech is a bit healthier than most Mexican joints, so they get bonus points from me!

I came here for the first time tonight and I will return to try it out again but I was not super impressed. I got the Thai peanut burrito with tofu, it tasted good but was not amazing. It was sort of bland but had a bit of spice. I got the chips and guac too, the guac was yummy but the chips tasted like they came from a store bought bag. I will try it one more time for two reasons. 1– because they have so many tofu options and I want to try out another. 2– because the cashier was so friendly and helpful. She talked to me about the veg options for a bit and just had a warm demeanor. I hope the food will be more impressive next time.
