Buffalo Wild Wings

Food here is not bad. I cannot believe that on a Wednesday at 8 PM with only 50 people in the whole place, it took almost 20 minutes to get Street Tacos and a 10 piece wing. Los Lunas wonders why restaurants have sales issues… this might be a clue… hire a staff that doesn’t work at a snails pace.
Update-​Ordered a CHEESE burger to go for our kiddo. Got to the car and realized the burger was just that, a burger with, yep you guessed it… no cheese. Don’t know who is to blame, don’t care… just wish I could go to a food place in this town and they get it right the first time. This is why fast food people should never earn $ 15 an hour.

Unfortunately, I am allergic to chicken so I cannot speak for that.
I really like their Onion Rings. I wish the beer taste was a bit pronounced, however, I really like how the rings are cooked. When you take a bite, the onion inside is very tender. The onion center does not get pulled out with your bite. You bite right through and they taste great.
Secondly, the Soft Pretzels are the best pretzels that I have had. Full of flavor, these pretzels are deeply baked.
My review would have been 5 based on all the non-​chicken snacks if the woul stop running out of queso sauce, for dipping the pretzels, for example.

Still new. Local new places are usually jam packed so we made sure to go at 3:00 in the afternoon on a Wednesday. I am not a fan of sports nor one TV while dining with someone, let alone a restaurant full of them. Still, I know what to expect. I am there for the delicious wings and will not complain about the standard expectations. However, during this time of day, the employees far outnumber the guests so they are bored and decided to blare the hard rock music so loud that my waitress could not hear my order without my having to really, REALLY yell. But the not busy employees were entertained by lipsincing together in the corner to a painfully angry song while making an already stressful (to me) place even more painful. Thank goodness the music changed a bit and at least one screen in my view had the ESPYs red carpet showing to help me cope. I wanted to try one of their impressive looking margaritas but when I have a drink, it’s to wind down and enjoy the time. I just did not see that happening for me. The air conditioning WAY too cold also so bring a sweater if that is an issue for you. Still, the food and prices were consistent with expectations if you have eaten at any other BWW. My complaints, I know are very nitpicky and might not even be an issue for most people, but I was definitely not the only one complaining about the volume and the cold. Our waitress did her job well. Sure do wish they had a version of this restaurant minus all the stress. Thanks for the wings. They were good.

I do not enjoy any bww I’ve been to. The LL location is new, has very young staff that seems unaware of the items on the menu or how they taste including the beer! She returned 4 times for various reasons all for «we don’t have that anymore» the menu should be updated. Very poor experience. The food is very average

The atmosphere is great, lots of big screen TV’s to watch sports. I ordered something new on the menu, some kind of Greek wrap with tzatziki sauce. One bite and I almost gagged. Something in the food was disgustingly rotten, I had to spit into a napkin. When I told the waitress, she took the food back. A few minutes later, the manager came out and told me he is sorry, he said someone in the back had tasted it and nothing was wrong with it. He then tells me that maybe I wasn’t used to Greek food. I laughed and told him I was stationed in Greece for four years and he’s trying to tell me how Greek food is supposed to taste. He was just trying to keep me quiet. I then told him to smell the napkin I just disposed of the rotten food I just tasted, he refused. I then ordered some wings, which as always, were good. Do you think he comped me the wings? Yea right.

We were greeted with great enthusiasm, but their choice of seating was a little to be desired. With other tables open they seated us next to the storage area for children’s seats. In the 25 minutes since we ordered our food we have had three highchairs lifted over our heads and three times they have opened the cabinets but got nothing out.
Our food just came after 30 minutes and that was with a rush on the food.
Took a bite of my burger and boy is there a lot of salt on it. Had time to take two bites of my burger and three or four fries before having to go back to work.
Needless to say this is not a place to try to eat lunch at if you have a job.
