Benchmark Mortgage staff were painstaking and patient as I refinanced my Louisville home. My debt to income ratio was high at a time, 2010, of strict lending terms. Nonetheless, I had a great job and good credit. Refinancing is never, ever easy, and the hurdles are many and tedious. Benchmark staff took the time to explain exactly what was happening (or not happening) and stayed with me through closing.
