I stopped by this location tonight with my daughter and a friend. We went thru the drive-thru and had 2 orders. Order #1: medium blizzard. Order #2: 2 small blizzards. We pull thru and the lady takes my friends money, gives her back change and a blizzard and closes the window. Doesn’t tell us what the blizzard is or anything. We quickly realize it’s a small and when the lady finally comes back to the window and we ask she is completely baffled and unable to tell us what she’s handed us. She asks the man that made it what it is and he doesn’t seem to know either. She unapologetically holds out a hand without any explanation. We try to tell her that we also have the next order but she just continues to stare and hold out her hand. We hand over the blizzard and she shuts the window. A few minutes later comes back and tells us it is part of our second order(duh) and hands us back our blizzard and the 2nd small. We then pay for the 2nd order and continue to wait for the first. She has still not apologized once. She then hands my friend another small blizzard. My friend asks if that is a medium and the woman says yes. We both hold up our smalls to show her that this is indeed a small. She then acts confused again and my friend tells her she ordered a medium. She acts as though my friend is wrong until my friend shows her the receipt. She again takes the small back without apology and shuts the window. Finally, she comes back with the correct, medium blizzard and hands it to my friend who thanks her. Without a you’re welcome she shuts the window again. Absolute rudeness and incompetence. I fully intended to go on line and complain but conveniently the receipt printer has left out most of our order number. The only saving grace is that we did indeed drive away with 3 correct blizzards and they were yummy. Still I am quite frightened by the fact that she took the blizzard and then gave it back, makes me wonder if she would have done so even if we hadn’t been in the same car…
