This place was much better than my expectations. I’m not a fast food person and I would come back. We came here because it was late, many places were closed and all the other places in the area were almost only fast food. When I saw it from the outside, I said «OMG» this looks like any burger place that I don’t like. But we went anyways and the food was better than the average of many fast food places. I ate the chicken carbonara, my mom the chicken parmegiano. Both were good. For dessert we had the chocolate cheesecake, very good.
Although it is fast food, it was much better and they have real forks and plates to serve the food. If I need anything fast, I would come back.

My fiancé and I stopped in tonight for some take-out. He had pizza and I had the chicken Parmesan. He says his pizza was pretty good, but could’ve been warmer. The chicken Parmesan was ok. The chicken could’ve been crispier and the spaghetti could’ve been seasoned better, but the sauce and the cheese were really good. Overall, it was ok. I used the restroom and it could’ve been a littlllle bit cleaner. It’s not a bad establishment though. The service was average. I’ll probably grab take out again one day when I’m out that way.

This chain is a fast-casual Italian restaurant.
Good: The gentleman (possibly the manager) taking my order helped me piece together exactly what I wanted to suit my vegetarian tastes. And he was happy to do it. Food tasted good. Extra bread sticks were delivered to the table and were *fantastic*. Chopped salad was good, too.
Bad: The dining area was clean, yet a little worn. The décor of this place, inside and out, was equivalent to a fast food burger joint. While that isn’t necessarily a bad thing, I find it disappointing at a fast-casual restaurant which should appear to be a notch or two better. I do feel the food and service was… just wish the décor matched.
I do intend to visit again.
