Called in to clarify if the promotion on television was their company in particular. Was met with rude response for the worker who answered the phone. Spoke with manager who instead of resolving the issue, made excuses for the worker and did not make me feel comfortable ordering anything from their restaurant. Never have I had an interaction like that with a manager from a store location who would comfortably deny an experience a customer wanted to address with them personally without even having all of the information. Both of these people need to be given some more training or consider their work choice is customer service.

Ordered delivery from here. Took over one hour to be delivered. It was cold and smelled and tasted like cigarettes. Attempted to call the store and speak with them about the issue however, no one was willing to listen. Called corporate complaint line and after two weeks and multiple phone calls, I finally received my money back via check. Horrible food and horrible customer service all around. I will never buy any Pizza Hut pizza again.

The pizza took an hour to get here. It was cold and nasty. I will never order from that pizza hut ever again. The thing that kills me is that they are all supose to be the same. I think not.
