I love Kohl’s. I always find something I want here and usually for a decent price.
This location is set up completely illogically. Two parking lots and two entrances, only one side with customer service. People are going to check out at the door/​side they parked on.
The manager on duty the day I was here was flustered because the one side of check-​out was backed up. She was telling people there was no wait at the registers… on the opposite side of the store. She was then frustrated when none of us moved to go over there. My car is right outside this door and I am in line… why would I go to the opposite end of the store to walk all the way back? Just have more people at the registers on the busier side… duh!
