Kroger

Decent grocery store with great prices and quite the selection. Don’t have one in Chicago so, it was fun to walk through. We got plenty of stuff for our stay in Louisville and didn’t spend too much. My husband especially loved the olive bar! Very clean and kept up!

First time visit to this particular Kroger. Offering great selections & reasonable prices as always! I love a lot of the Kroger brands for they are just as good as the more expensive leading brands!
They have a Starbucks right in the store, here! Also, a huge selection of fresh cheeses from all over the world in display, an olive bar right in the store!
From florists to pharmacy and everything else I just mentioned makes this Kroger awesome!
The store was neat and clean, all the employees were busy putting out fresh produce, since it was early in the morning. Workers were extremely pleasant, Helpful, and polite. They put me in a good mood!

This is the first Kroger that I’ve been to that didn’t carry bulk bacon in the meat section.

I’m not sure Daniel K. and I are visiting the same pharmacy.
This is a perfectly nice Kroger and I am a regular grocery shopper. It irks me a little that they have wasted about ¼ of their parking spaces on cart corrals, but that isn’t that big of a deal.
But I have had terrible luck with the pharmacy. All I ever get is a refill of a pre-​packaged medication. Check the computer, slap a sticker on it. This is not something they need to mix or count or anything complicated. Most big box stores can refill it while you shop so you only have to make one trip. These guys always need the full four hour window to affix the sticker to my medication.
When I asked them to call my provider to authorize an extra refill, I knew I needed to give them a little extra time. But then I never head back from them to know whether or not the refill was approved. I was just supposed to know my prescription was ready.
Annoying. I’m out.

We tried some of the deli fried chicken today for the UK game and it was actually pretty good. Also had some of the store-​made sushi and that was decent. I do think you need to get both very soon after its made but certainly will get again.
