Kroger Pharmacy

Worst pharmacy EVER. Been using this pharmacy for 8 years simply because there are no other options in the area. I Don’t ever remember having a good experience. Drive thru is unreasonably slow. Employees are clueless, slow, and occasionally rude. I pray for the day a CVS or Wal-​green opens in the area.

Over the course of the year that I lived in this area I dreaded having prescriptions filled at the Kroger pharmacy because the process was never «hassle-​free». More frequently than not they either could not fill at all or could only partially fill my medication and as a result I had to either return later or go to another location or pharmacy which always required driving at least 40 miles round trip. Even if they had enough of a drug to fill my prescription they would often only do a partial fill so as to save their pills for other customers thus causing me to have to come back multiple times (20 miles round trip) to get a 30 day supply of a drug. When a medication looked suprisingly different than expected and I questioned the pharmacist to ensure that I had been given the correct drug I was treated in a derogatory manner. I attempted to contact the district manager regarding my experiences at this pharmacy and they failed to return my call.
