Lofts of Broadway

I love living here! I know lots of people online like to bash Broadway Management, but I have had very good experiences with them. I have an «Old Louisville» Condo that they manage for me and on the owners side I can say nothing but good things about them. And now with my return to Louisville last month I have become a tenant as well. My experience was great. Maggie met me and showed me all the places I had discussed with Shawnna and I had known ahead of time that the Lofts were where I would probably live. Once I saw a loft I was hooked. Both Shawnna and Maggie warned me that sound does carry here at the lofts and they gave me all the negatives. They really wanted me to make an informed decision. And for me the pros way out weight the cons. I love living in this urban loft space with beautiful exposed brick walls and original hardwood floors. My mother and sister visited my place today and they both agreed that the lofts were more like living in a major large city than what most people are accustomed to finding in Louisville.
