Says they are open at 5am, but it’s 10 after 5 and they open the window (after I sat at the order menu for ten minutes) to say we are running late. When I ask what time they will be open she says in a little while, we are running late. What does that mean? 6? 7? Four other cars waiting and leaving. Not great customer service. I thought McDonalds would be dependable. Guess not.

If I could give this McDonald’s ZERO stars, I would. The milkshake machine NEVER works (maybe time to get a new machine?), the staff is less than friendly, and my food is generally cold or the order is incorrect. I’ve driven out of my way JUST to avoid this McDonalds, even though it is in a very convenient location. Don’t waste your time here.

The worst McDonald’s in town. They always screw up my orders, the fries are always cold, soggy, and over-​salted, and the staff are rarely friendly. English muffins are always burned too. And what’s up with the guy who sings at you through the drive-​thru in the mornings? I don’t eat McDonald’s often, but these are my observations over the past 15 years or so. If I am in the mood for McDonald’s, I definitely go out of my way to avoid this location.

An evil empire, a chain behemoth, a major player in the downward spiral of America’s healthy eating habits… and yet I still eat McD’s once or twice a month. Because it’s easy and cheap and open late. Bad Jess, bad.
A necessary evil at best.
