Miracle Eyebrows

I read the other review about bad customer service and I can totally see this happening. I walked in and wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t even sure if the girls behind the counter actually worked there because they pretty much ignored me at first. So why 4 stars? Because my eyebrows are perfect. She did a perfect job and she did it quickly. I’ve had so many people mess up my eyebrows it’s not even funny. I choose quality threading over niceties any day. I will definitely be back again. I’m so glad I found this place.

The young lady that works in this store location is wholly capable of very nicely threading eyebrows. Matter of fact, she works quickly and efficiently, and her method is less painful than others in Louisville. I came into the location (for the second time) and she was just finishing the only customer. Once she was done checking her out, she invited me over from the waiting area and started immediately. Within minutes she was done. Good enough, right? WRONG!
This young lady has no customer service skills and clearly doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. On my previous visit to this location I stopped in and she was sitting down eating and socializing. She asked if I could come back in 10 minutes because she was eating lunch. More than understandable, so I said «sure» and walked around the mall a bit. When I returned, she was nowhere to be seen. Doors open, video playing, lights on… no one working.
After half hour waiting alone, two other customers come in and mention that «she always does this, but they have nowhere else to get it done.» We wait another 15 minutes and another woman enters and mentions she was there 15 minutes before I arrived, and no one was there. Sooo… for at least an hour this shop was unmanned.
Fortunately, one of the waiting customers remembers there’s another booth around the corner that offers threading services. She goes to check and informs us to come on over because they are open. We walk over and sign in on the waiting sheet.
While waiting, guess who we see walking past us with multiple shopping bags!!! Never again. Her work really isn’t worth the shenanigans.

Great place! Went here for the first time today and had a great experience. Didn’t even have to wait; and I didn’t have an appointment. For threading eyebrows it was pretty pleasant; didn’t hurt much at all, and the girl was a professional. The price was also nice, $ 12 for both eyebrows. I will definitely be coming back.
