I’ve never shopped at this store before. So I didn’t know what to expect when we went there. We heard that they had good prices on school clothes and I was taking my grandchildren to get them outfitted before school started. I have to say I was very pleased with everything there. They had a good selection of colors and sizes and the prices were very good. The staff was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to answer questions or show us where something was. If you need back to school clothes for your kids I would recommend you give this store a try

Great Old Navy.
Now, I only compare this to other ON stores in the greater Louisville area. I know there are some much larger ON stores in bigger cities.
This ON used to be at Springhurst Towne Center (STC), then moved to The Summit, and has come full circle back to STC. It is not in its original location at STC… this time it is in the old Books-A-Million location. This is a much bigger space. It feels like it just might be the biggest ON in the greater Louisville area… but if so… only slightly. Being a new location, it features the latest design and layout with a centralized checkout area.
I’ve had good service and enjoyed shopping in this store. Clean. Neat. Organized. Overall… a typical ON.
