I have never had soo much trouble getting a simple blanket from eBay which started in San Jose, then went to Michigan twice!!! then back to seller and i’m still waiting!!! eBay’s
system dropped off my apt #, when i checked to correct i needed to register for a ups account, on try 10 now and it’s insisting i’m a business not an person and every attempt to complete acct setup fails due to none matching passwords!!! i think ups sucks there is no customer service & by tomorrow i’ll probably have 10 accts but not my comforter for my son. my brother in law has worked for ups for years.. .they should listen to his suggestions;!!!

The service was pleasant. But my positive experience stops there. I was asked to give all of my personal information while someone stood not more than 1 foot away from me. At this day and age I know it I’m not being paranoid. She should’ve known better.

I was under a time crunch when our scanner broke at work, so I trucked my sweet self over to the UPS store.
It was $ 10.60 to have 10 double sided pages scanned and emailed to me. A little pricey but worth it if I can meet my deadline right?
Not when it’s upside-@#$%-down.
If you’re going to charge me $ 10.60 for pushing 3 buttons, you really ought to know which way is up on your document feeder.

I love this store and the employees are helpful and nice. I use shipping, fax, copy and printing services and my only real complaint is when you have 4 in line with one at the register with one in the back packing something up (but not for a customer). I’d say get your customers (in the store) taken care of first, then work with the boxes. My office away from my office.

I didn’t know the UPS stood for Unreliable Piece of S@#$.I had a package that was to have been delivered last week and they told me it would be thursday or friday that I would get it.
I began tracking the package yesterday (thursday). It was in Louisville at 5am friday morning. After work I swung by the store around 5pm only to be told they haven’t had a delivery and it would probably be monday since ground doesn’t deliver on saturdays. They will call me when it arrives. I checked on the tracking, it arrived 530pm today. Next time I’ll use FEd Ex, USPS, or Pony Express.
