White Castle

Every time I go there. They are slow get the order wrong this time I was shorted on my order. Last time I’ll stop at this location. When you tell them your order is wrong they don’t even care.

I’m a Whitey’s fan; ever since calling their sandwiches «sliders» was derogatory to White Castle’s quality food and service.

I have been like 10 times to this locations.
The burgers are dry, service is slow.
I recall one Sunday morning early, I waited 20 mins for two breakfast sliders. I was the only order inside. And the sandwiches are wrong. Next week it was a little faster but the order was wrong again.
Once I walked in and got stared at for a good 5 mins before anyone decided to wait on me.

I live here in Saint Matthews and frequented the old torn down WC, that was down the road! It was a treat every time. Then I decided to give this new one a try, and I was disappointed! It wasn’t the White Castle burgers I was use to enjoying. They tasted like they had been sitting a while, dry, and very few onions. I chalked it up to being new and maybe they still needed to iron out the kinks… so I went again and this time I tried the fish. Again dry and not as I remembered! I placed a to go order for my husband which was the Cheese Jalapeño chicken. I could not even find one jalapeño and the cheese was so dry it stuck to the bun. The chicken patty was hard as a rock! My mother tried it and same problem! The food was just mediocre if I can even say that much! I thought when they built that White Castle, I’d be in 7^th Heaven living so close I can walk. What a total disappointment that the quality is no longer there and it’s not even a shadow of the original White Castles I grew up with. It’s a real shame. I don’t frequent this WC anymore after 2 tries, and another by my mother, who was disappointed as well! Maybe someday I will try it again in hopes of finding that good old WC I so long for!

Not my favorite White Castle.
1) I’ve been here 5 times and had 2 orders wrong [been to the one on Market like 100 times in my life and can’t recall one wrong order]
2) very slow service. Even when not busy this place has a long wait
3) why are their onion rings the worst I’ve ever had from a White Castle

I’ve gone back a few more times and can now say I love White Castle. I don’t think it’s just drunk food but good salty greasy anytime goodness.

So glad St Matthews finally got the Castle back! This is a nice and shiny castle and it’s brand new. Service is fast and good. Sometimes you just can’t stop the Crave. You will not be disappointed by this White Castle and breakfast is also very good.
