I first noticed that they keep the place Chan, which is awesome! Then, there was the service… they take the fast out of fast food. I usually don’t eat fast food, so when I do… It would be nice if it took less than 20 minutes to place an order (especially when there’s only four people in line). Sheesh!

I came to this location with my daughter. The service was friendly, the food came out quickly. The fries could have been hotter, they were only warm and we were one of only 2 families in the restaurant, so you would think they would have been cooked fresh. They tasted really goos anyway. One thing that really impressed me was that the restaurant was super clean. I even asked a girl who was cleaning if she was the manager so that I could compliment her, but she wasn’t. She wiped every table as soon as the guests left and swept the whole time. I appreciate the cleanliness. I will definitely be back. Great service! Clean restaurant! Tasty food!

Good service from the front line, food could have been warmer. This location did not have the Monster burger and Thickburgers that I am used to from my time in Illinois, but what I did get was pretty good.

Tucked away off the street by the Boots bar there, and their biscuits were certainly not up to par as many Carl’s Jr. locations have (the Hardee’s biscuits). Service was alright.

For some reason I always seem to be cursed with cold food at Carl’s Jr… this location and the Fort Collins one too. They use decent beef and other ingredients, the portions are good, the flavor combinations are good. All to no avail with a cold burger.
Maybe it’s because I’m never there during peak hours.
Or maybe I’m just spoiled because when I go to Larkburger, Five Guys, or Smashburger, the staff attitude is, «I am here to try and cook you the best burger you’ve ever had”– while at Carl’s Jr. it seems to be «I’m here because the school counselor lied and said I could get a decent job straight out of high school with just my diploma.»

Fries are always hot. But, they need to fix their drive thru speaker. This is the third time I’ve been there and I can never hear what the staff are saying. I just shout out my order and pray. So far, that works.
