The Boot Grill

I’m sorry to say that the boot is caked in crap! The service is awful (sorry Brook, but I can not lie) and the food is mediocre and is overpriced. The appetizers, specifically the boot shooters and the Eagle chips we’re both mediocre at best. The boot shooters are cream cheese stuffed fried jalapenos, a fairly common appetizer, however the boot serves them in shot glasses so they are cold and way overpriced. The novelty is completely lost. The Eagle chips, are fried potato chips with so limited and few toppings as the description suggests that I can’t understand how they justify charging about ten bucks for them.
As for the service, I had to flag down another server from another section 2 times. Once for napkins because we were never given any, and the other to order drinks.
Keep in mind this is a Tuesday evening and the place was not busy.
The boots although in a great location, is doing its best to ruin its chances for long-​term survival in my opinion. Dine at your own risk.

I arrived at the Boot Grill in search for a good chicken fried steak. I found a great one at the Boot. Steak, spuds, & gravy are all great. I was also surprised when my salad arrived — three kinds of lettuce & tasty croutons. Ranch dressing (what else at The Boot?).
The Boot was extremely busy, but the staff was excellent. My server, Conner, was friendly and efficient. The bar area is separate from the dinning room, and the bar area has 8 TV screens.
I will definitely relax & eat here again,

Really enjoyed my couple of visits. The retro 80’s band was pretty good. They did a great job of keeping the crowd into music with different costumes.

This place was hopping very busy on a Friday night. Bartender upstairs, she was amazing. Beer selection could be better. We ordered the cowboy nachos, the meat was great but portion was small.

This place is very hit or miss. Sometimes the food is awesome and the service is awful, and sometimes it is vice versa. Last time I ate here they gave me a medium well stake (I asked for medium rare), then decided to give me an undercooked steak that could have gotten me sick if I chose to eat it. Sometimes the steak is cooked perfectly, but it takes the bartender 20 minutes just to acknowledge that you are there. On rare occasions you get great food and good service. Worth giving a second chance at least. Hopefully they can fix these mistakes.

Great lunch at The Boot! First time we’ve been here. Great atmosphere, tons of big screen TVs for watching any game and very clean. Appetizers were awesome, service was spot on. My son had the herbed roasted chicken and the rest of us had burgers. All were delicious. We’ll be back as soon as we can!

This is the second time I’ve had flavorless food here, the service is just ok. It’s going to be another six months until I try this again.

Food was well-​prepared.
We had to leave without finishing our $ 100.00 meal because of an obnoxious party of 15 passing a loud microphone around giving props to each other about how great they do hair.
We requested to move to another table where we could enjoy our meal and were told all other tables were «reserved».

The service is horrible and the food is mediocre. Don’t bother coming here. Waited over an hour for food, then the forgot silver ware…

Went here for dinner. It was a Wednesday so we expected for it to be slow and able to get food quickly and that was the case. I got the burrito which was okay. Not great but not terrible either. Basic bar food. One thing I did like was the side of fries (even though the burrito was so much food and fries weren’t necessary) was huge! I tried one and they weren’t bad but my fiancé ate them with his meal and he liked them. He ended up having the nachos and just like the burrito it was okay. This is a good place to go if you’re just looking for a good hangout. Happy hour (3−6pm) prices were reasonable and pair well with the food.
The service was fine. Nothing great but she got us water and beer and food in a reasonable amount of time and was good about asking if we wanted more water or beer. We would come back and will be back here. It was a good fast dinner which was just what we wanted after working all day! The only reason for the three stars was that everything was average. I would probably give it a 3.5 it I could because things weren’t beyond great but it wasn’t a terrible either.

Ate here last night to try something different. Should have stuck witht the old stand by places. The only thing giving 1 star was our waitress. Fish Tacos were horrible. Food was very «Stouffers» type and WAY overpriced for what it was. Will not go back.

I came here on a Sunday afternoon with four coworkers. We had just flown from the East coast, and by the time we got to Loveland, it was 1pm (3pm East coast time so we were beyond ready for lunch). Three of us ordered wraps, one burger, and one soup. Since we were starving, we ordered a chips and salsa app. The place was packed so we figured it would take a little longer to get our food, but we were not expecting it to be as bad as it was. Our waitress was very frazzled and kept telling us the kitchen was behind — not her fault, I get that — but being frazzled led to her being VERY forgetful. It started out simple forgetting lemon for water, sugar, straws, silverware… then I’m pretty sure she forgot we were even there. 45 min later, we had to ask another waitress where our chips and salsa were because they still hadn’t arrived and our server was MIA. They came out and the dish was pretty good, but by then I would have eaten my arm. The chips weren’t warm, so I’m not sure what took so long for the app. While waiting for our food, one of us ordered a refill on iced tea and it came with a hair in it. We were there a little over an hour waiting for our food and watched entire tables get up and leave because they weren’t being served and weren’t getting their food. We asked to see a manager because there wasn’t one on the floor trying to do damage control. She came out, apologized for the kitchen being backed up, and asked if we were going to the concert (they were trying to feed people going to a concert FIRST???). We weren’t so apparently our food was low priority. She went into the kitchen and, while our food came out shortly after, she never came back out to see if everything was alright and never talked to any of the other people who were clearly upset. The food was decent, but after the service and the wait, I don’t plan to ever go back. You’d think they would at least try and offer to comp us the app or something, but I guess that would be too much to ask.

Have been to the Boot numerous times due to my immediate residence within close proximity. While the location is convenient, the management is terrible at best. I have emailed feedback, left phone messages with legitimate concerns, and have yet to be contacted. I am a business professional, published author, and otherwise generally respectable «family man». Outside of a few servers, the service is average. The food is terrible. The bouncers are good. The bands on weekends are very good. However, management does not appreciate customer loyality, have an obvious bias towards certain customers (as opposed to others), drink while at work (which I have observed), and lack follow-​up and follow-​through. Further, while certainly not every evening, the bar at times attracts seasonal, out of state workers who, when clearly drunk, are looking for nothing more than a fight. How managment addresses such opportunities is shameful at best.

I was incredibly impressed with the service at this place. My friend’s son had a MSG sensitivity and the manager came out to personally speak to us and made sure we were taken care of. This place goes above and beyond. I’ve been here many times and never had less than great food.

The food was fab, and the service lacked. But if you want a delicious huge burger and very tasty fries, do come to the Boot.
The staff are all cute young girls in well fitting jeans and tshirts. I was the only girl eating dinner, and I was pretty much ignored, but I didn’t mind. It was interesting to watch them with the other diners. One waitress took 20 minutes to get to the table next to me. Another waitress forgot to bring a table their appetizer (those guys were fairly offended). I had to request catsup, and had to wait and then haul somebody over to get a water refill. But I did get to enjoy my burger while watching the Olympics on TV and listen to another waitress trash talk the restaurant next door.
Conveniently located by several hotels.

Good happy hour. Usually a live band on the weekends. Good quick service. Awesome rooftop patio with a view of the colorful Rockies! Personal opinion; they would have more business if they added some billiards. The closest location with billiards is more than a 10 – 15 drive.

I wouldn’t give it one star if it wasn’t for our server. She was nice. The chicken on my salad was lukewarm and the burger dry. To top it off, we had to bat away several flies (inside) while trying to eat.
Never going back!
