Stopped in for a birthday treat for my husband and was completely ignored! The employee was working with another customer, planning a shower. After 10 minutes, I asked if someone in the back could help me to which she replied…“they are very busy, we’ll be finished in a few minutes”. REALLY?! All I wanted was a cupcake for my husband’s birthday! I ended up waiting(so as not to go home empty handed). The cupcakes were very good, but not worth the frustration. I love patronizing local shops but will go out of my way to purchase bakery items from Servatii from now on.

Stopped in here yesterday to see if they had Gluten Free Cupcakes and they do! They keep them frozen in the back in order not to cross-contaminate them and they have vanilla, chocolate, and possibly red velvet flavors ready to go with your choice of icing. I decided on vanilla with peanut butter icing and a cute little peanut butter cup on top. It was delicious! The girls in the shop seemed a little confused that I was asking for a list of what icing flavors I could choose from, but I had no idea what flavors they even had, so that would be my suggestion — have a list of flavors somewhere. They have tables inside where you can sit and chat and enjoy a cupcake and a HUGE selection of cake balls for you gluten-seeking folks. I paid $ 3.75 for my GF Vanilla, Peanut Butter cupcake.

Friendly people, great service and amazing pastries. A nice cozy place to take the time and relax with friends. A box of their cupcakes makes for an impressive hostess gift. Shop local!

I’ve driven past this tiny shop countless times, but never stopped in. Today I decided to get some cupcakes to-go. I was surprised to find that they have tables inside to sit down at. I always assumed this was strictly a bakery but they do serve a few lunch items. They have a variety of mouth-watering cupcakes to choose from, as well as cake pops and other desserts. I ate my cupcake when I got home and it was perfectly moist and delectable. I’m not a big icing person, so that was the only part that was perfect. I simply scraped the icing off and ate the cake.

Ordered 4 pies for thanksgiving and they were not only beautiful, they were delicious!!! I’ve never been a pecan pie person but I wanted to have a nice selection for my guests and the crust on the pie was amazing! And by crust I mean the top was so crispy and had tons of pecans. Amazing with coconut whipped cream. The teenagers said the chocolate cream was the best thing they’ve ever eaten. The pumpkin and the apple were very good too(and the prettiest) but the chocolate cream and the pecan were huge hits!

You have to try the Frozen Hot Chocolate, Triple Chocolate or the Oreo Cakes! I’ve bought each of them for a family members birthday and each one was AMAZING! & everyone loved them, even my hubby who doesn’t like chocolate! You won’t get anything but quiet at the table when you serve one of their cakes or cupcakes for dessert!!!

I high five this place. I’ve been here multiple times and have enjoyed their delicious melt in your mouth cupcakes and sweets. They offer free fruit infused water if you decide to stay in their shop. Great place for a sweet treat or birthday gift.

I found this place by accident and gave them a try. I’ve not had their cupcakes but instead had a slice of coconut cream pie. Not even sure amazing covers how good it was. Seriously, is mouthgasm a word?!

Every time we go Kayaking afterwards we stop at Cocoa Bites in Loveland. This little bakery is just adorable. French/country pottery barn décor makes it a place great for a girls lunch or a quick bite. They have regular meals but we’ve only gotten sweets. The price is pretty on point with Abby girl and GiGi’s. About $ 3.50 or so per cupcake. However what I love about her stores is the flavors are a little better and she stocks other items like truffles and cheesecakes. I can not say enough about the flavor of these cakes. SO good. My new favorite. If you are ever in this area– check them out because they are delicious!

I was in Loveland and in need of some caffeine. Iced coffee, to be exact. Unilocal led me here. At first I thought I could resist all of the sweets staring at me behind the glass. I was wrong, but in my defense, they have mini cupcakes, aka the perfect way to not feel guilty for having your second dessert before mid-afternoon. I had a fudge filled, which I thought upon sight was canolli judging by the little treat on top. It was rich and it was good, but it did not compare to the hibiscus. Light with a tinge of tang, it was everything I didn’t know I needed in that moment. …okay, that’s an exaggeration, but seriously, try the hibiscus. The coffee was good. I do not recall being asked if I wanted cream or sugar, but it came out with a lot of cream and no sugar. This is, oddly enough, how I usually take my iced coffee(so maybe I was just in such need of it I don’t remember telling them? but I really don’t think so). Staff was friendly and as mentioned, the décor here is adorable.

I absolutely love this place. It reminds me of a bakery in Paris. I have been here several times. My favorites are heathbar-Nutella, Black Forest, pineapple-pecan etc. It’s also one of the best places to get a rich decadent hot chocolate … They also sell desserts like coconut crème pie, cheesecakes etc. There is something for everybody … On Thursdays and Saturdays, they serve lunches and those are amazing too. Their staff is extremely friendly. Love this place.

Third time’s a charm! I’ve tried to come here twice before and it was closed.(It’s hard to tell when they’re open… some outdoor signage would do the trick). Anyway, glad I kept trying. Décor: Talk about TLC… this place is clearly a labor of love. Just lovely and really needed in downtown Loveland where aesthetics in restaurant design are not tops on the list. It’s got a French, cozy feel and if I could be sure they were open, I’d say I’ve found a new spot downtown Loveland for coffee and treats. Cupcakes: best I’ve had in Cincinnati. I got the hibiscus and bought a chocolate peanut butter for my husband for Valentine’s Day and it was a religious experience. Light, moist cupcake and buttery, light icing were just the right indulgence after a VD dinner. Staff: I liked the owner. She’s not over the top friendly, which I find appealing in a spot like this. She answered my questions patiently, got my cupcakes boxed nicely and didn’t act stressed out with my longer order(and there was a line because of the holiday). Her young adult daughter was helping out(for the first time she said) and it was kind of sweet as she asked her mom questions on a couple of menu items. Selection: Far wider than I expected! Lots of cupcakes and I bought for other family members and for my mom, I bought a gorgeous mixed rose bouquet for only $ 12.50. I didn’t expect all the truffles and extras so I’ll definitely be heading back to try them out. There’s sandwiches, soup, coffee and tea and I’ve heard good things so I’ll be back.

This is, in my opinion, hands down the best place in old Loveland. I really do love it. It’s slightly off the beaten path and I rarely see it packed the way it probably should be given how wonderful it is. If you haven’t been here, you really should give it a shot. It’s an inviting and cozy space. They always have inventive decorations. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the smell. Mmmm delicious! Then you are overwhelmed by the tantalizing array of options. They have great coffee and tea. They also have hot chocolate, natural sodas and a selection of other items to drink. They have a lot of really impressive and inventive food options to choose from and they are always changing. No matter when you come in, you can try something new and have a great meal. The space is really nice to just sit back, relax, eat and chat with friends. Here’s the thing: you are going to pay about the same to get a drink and sandwich anywhere, even Starbucks, but at least when you eat here it will be worth it! I had the fig jam grilled cheese today and it was mouthwateringly satisfying. The service is professional, courteous, attentive, knowledgeable and passionate about their product. It seems that they know how to hire the right staff and pay enough to keep them; and this to me is the mark of an establishment that you want to support with your patronage. So, all of that and I haven’t even mentioned cupcakes yet. They are works of art and are equally delicious. The hibiscus was simply amazing. I like that you can get small versions and try a wide array. They are very affordable and no less meticulously crafted. So the next time you need to grab some donuts or snacks for an event or work meeting, skip the grocery store and come straight here. Believe me people will be talking about you and these amazing cupcakes for months afterwards. Also, you may want to follow them on Facebook. Today as I was finishing up my sandwich and chai, they made a point of telling me about their Facebook deal for a free dessert. I was so impressed by the customer service that I went ahead and bought a six pack of minis to give my parents. Did I mention they make ice cream and have ice cream sandwiches?!

This is an adorable little cupcake shop located in downtown Loveland. I was overwhelmed by options, and to prevent me from getting one of each I asked what their most popular one was, which was the salted caramel. The salted caramel was delicious! But the giant coarse salt morsels are larger than expected, so only get it if you’re sure you the like salty and sweet combo. In my group we ordered a couple other cupcakes and a turkey chili bowl. We sat down and enjoyed/demolished are food, visited, and then left. Definitely recommend the stop if you’re in the area for a special treat. The cupcakes range from $ 2 – 4 a piece, so savor it :)

This is exactly what downtown Loveland need. This is an adorable cupcake shop that has more than just delicious cupcakes, they have coffees, cakes and so much more. The staff is friendly and very well educated on their products. If you in the area stop in you’ll love it!

Very cute place. I am not a fan of cupcakes, but those kind of pretty cupcakeries are really hard not to like. Everything inside was adorable, from the décor(very girlie!) to the cupcakes on various stands. The cupcakes look like little pieces of art. Since the cupcakes are much to sweet for me, I went for the bread pudding with some advocat or amaretto sauce, it was served warm and it was really good! I tried the best-selling cupcake, the salted caramel, it looked pretty but the sweetness was overwhelming, with this amount of sugar I guess it does not matter what flavour you get, as all you feel is sugar-rush, but as I mentioned, I am a cupcake-sceptic. The place offers some seating both inside and outside, so it is a cool spot for a sweet break. P. S. The brown boxes for to-go orders were very elegant and so was the silver(plastic) cutlery!

Been wanting to stop in for weeks now and finally got a chance to today. What a cute place! It’s very french looking, clean, light and fresh décor. The owners clearly put a lot of work and love into this place(which I kind of already knew because I saw them in there late at night before the grand opening getting it ready!). It’s very impressive upon walking in– very fancy! They had a small selection of cookies and about 6 or 7 different flavors of cupcakes to choose from. They have small cupcakes(can be eaten in 2 bites) for $ 1.75 which is nice if you want to feel quasi-guilt free after eating a delicious cupcake :) I had the Tropical and the Heath bar cupcake and they were great! The flavors are up on the chalk board and the prices can be found on a little rate sheet in front of the register. There is some seating inside and a few tables with umbrellas outside as well. A great addition to downtown Loveland– hoping they stay around for awhile!
