So glad I live right down the road from this place. I love that they will tell me just how to prepare the steak that I’ve chosen that day. Even better when you don’t need a steak knife to cut the meat… just a butter knife will do! Also, he makes spectacular frozen meals, for those nights that you don’t have a lot of time to cook. My faves are the sliced roast beef and shredded roast beef. I bought the chicken parmesan the other day, but haven’t tried it yet. All I have to do with one of these meals is prepare a side dish and salad, then put the frozen meal in the pan to heat it up. Easy peasy and DELISH. In fact, I haven’t made a roast in months, since I discovered the frozen roast beef meal. Tastes like homemade… because it is! Thanks for feeding my family, Craig!

Just keeps getting better. This is my second review. The polish sausage was very good which I purchased last time. Wife still loves the twice baked potatoes. Tried the beerwurst this time. HANDS DOWN THE BEST beerwurst I’ve ever purchased or prepared myself. I grew up In Wisconsin and we know beer and brats!
