Stopped in for an impulsive, «why not?» revisit last week and was mildly impressed. Donuts tasted good – well-balanced, not too sweet, and moist. Definitely made fresh that morning. Coffee still on the blah side, but oh well, it’s the donuts that count, right?

Terrible customer service and attention to detail. The last thing you want to do on your morning coffee run is argue with the woman at the drive through.

This place is awesome and the customer service is the best! Had an issue with my order and it was corrected immediately without any issue! I’d give it 10 Stars if I could.

I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts recently and had an experience worth mentioning! First off, the donuts and coffee were outstanding. I had a few special instructions for the coffee wizards, and they exceeded my demands! Secondly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating to ‘the new guy in town’. They were happy to share information with me and seemed excited for me to experience the town they call home. More specifically, the GM(John I think?) was able to tell me all about local hiking trails, dog parks, and other outdoor activities that I enjoy on a daily basis. Lastly, it was CLEAN! And there was toilet paper in the bathrooms! The kitchen, from what I could see, was well kept. I have worked in the service industry 10 years and have a keen eye for tidiness.

A Dunkies in CO? Ya pullin my leg, Pal? I was in Loveland on business and I was pleasantly surprised to see a D&D. Half asleep, I stepped in to see smiling and friendly employees, something New Englanders aren’t quite accustom to. Besides that, everything was the same as back East. Fresh, consistent coffee and plenty of baked selections. This little gem was my morning stop for the rest of the week.

Friendly, good donuts and breakfast sandwiches, and Good Coffee. High on my list for decent coffee in Loveland.

Went back again today, with mixed results. Ordered a coffee, «light and sweet,» as we New Yorkers say, and the worker delivered with just the right amount of cream and sugar. Also asked for two donuts. After paying, I moved to the pickup area to await my coffee, as my donuts had already been handed to me. I waited, and waited. It’s just a medium coffee with cream and sugar, for Pete’s sake, not some complicated blended drink. Finally, I asked about the coffee. It had not yet been prepared, but was quickly handed to me once I brought it to the woman’s attention. For her part, she did apologize, which I appreciated. Anyway, got to the car, and realized that the chocolate donut I had asked for was actually a blueberry. Sigh. Again, not a hard order to get right, and yet …

This specific location is terrible. We order the same thing every time we go — we have received something different from our order every time. They lack listening skills, they don’t take corrective action after they mess up — they pride themselves on their inconsistency.

This location lives up to New England standards with it’s great customer service and it’s efficiency. For those who have never been, this is hands-down the best coffee you can get in Loveland(also America). I recommend the Boston Cream Donuts and their silky, smooth hazelnut coffee.
