Every time my wife or I come here, we are completely underwhelmed at the customer service and technical expertise of the staff on duty. I realize Loveland is a small town, but that shouldn’t prevent big city concepts from being recognized or understood. I come here as a last resort. Go to Fort Collins or somewhere else if you have technical requirements or expect customer service

I often take things into this location to be bound, printed, or sent off via FedEx. I have never had any problems with the employees at this location. They complete their work well and in a timely manner. I will continue to use this FedEx location.

I procrastinated the making of my wedding program and had to print it very last minute. I sent it to FedEx and then forgot about it until I noticed I had gotten a voicemail from the day before, never mind the fact that I had completely forgotten to pick up the order that morning. Lucky for me they looked through the program and noticed some issues so they wanted me to look at a proof before printing. I swung in the next day and was glad to see they hadn’t just made the copies as ordered. I made some changes and sent the file to them really last minute, after they closed the night before the wedding. They worked on it and called me again to see if I wanted to see a proof the next morning. I didn’t have enough time, but was given enough detail to move forward with the printing. They got them done in time and I was happy with the print!

Arrrrrrrgh! I used to rely on these people to get the job done, and get it done right. Now I just scratch my head, and know it will take 20 minutes to drop my job off, while they take out a measuring tape and measure my 8.5×11 piece of paper. Seriously? I don’t get it. Most of the time they get it done right, but sometimes they don’t. Their saving grace is that half the employees know me by name, and they deliver when I need it. But I just know it will be a time suck when I walk in the door, and that… sucks.
