King Soopers

There are so many benefits of shopping here, customer discounts, discounts off your gas, coupons sent to you.
I prefer this place over any other to shop at because the managers have always been kind to me, and say hi and are very friendly. As a customer, I love being acknowledged as an actual human rather than ‘just another consumer.‘
My mom has also been a shopper here for a long time now and they always give her free flowers to bring home, and I think that’s really sweet of King’s to do. She has also compared prices between Walmart and here, and this place has always won, King’s has always been much cheaper with much more items to show for it.
Keep up the good work, the kinder you are the more I want to come here and bring others along as well!

This store has poor customer service, and management is indifferent to the poor behavior of the employees. One of the cashiers had very bad acne and kept squeezing his pustules while he handled my purchase.
In another instance I had to return strawberries that were bad (with my receipt from 24 hours previous) and the woman in customer service hassled me about it saying they weren’t bad and «good enough». When I approached the floor manager about the shabby treatment he told me «just go get some more» and physically pushed me in the direction of the produce department. no apology and no follow up with the customer service woman with greasy mouse brown hair. They have remodeled the store but it was just lipstick on a pig. I’ll be doing my shopping in Ft. Collins.

Clean, well-​stocked, with courteous and helpful employees. Love the remodel and the increase in item choices. I look forward to shopping here — and filling up my car with fuel at their station.

Great staff, beautiful remodeling, and very clean. The deli area is great and the sushi is SUPER yummy and fresh!

Food Quality: Excellent! Their produce is always fresh and looks like it was just brought in off the farm. They have the freshest produce of all the grocery stores in town. The store prides themselves on being «Colorado Proud» in that they purchase produce from our state. I hugely support that! A wide variety to choose from.
Service: Excellent. I’ve asked customer service about some pretty unusual products and they always do their best to look for it and walk with me down the aisles instead of just pointing a finger in some vague direction. They are always friendly and smile when you walk past.
Store layout: They’ve done a renovation recently that expanded the store size and it looks very nice and clean. The only downside is that near the check out stand areas, it gets hard to maneuver the carts past when there are lots of people lined up.
Prices: Great for produce and sometimes for meats. Can be a little high for boxed foods.
Canned foods are reasonable. Prices are high for non-​grocery items such as tape, cleaning products, etc.
Thank you, King Soopers, for being a viable option to Wal-​Mart and keeping me sane!

Nice remodel and great lower prices. Used to shop here but it got bad, so I stopped shopping there. Now they have remodeled and the people are way more helpful then they used to be. No pricing is great and the produce is the best around.
The only bad thing is the Deli, where thee people are rude and they seem to be the only store that cant be bothered to make the chicken wings that all the other King Soopers have. So if you can live with a bad deli the rest of the store is great!!!

Not a bad location, though the one on eagle drive IS much nicer. I’ve always had friendly service here… no complaints.
