Dear Radio Shack, With deep regret I must end our life long relationship. The first electronic project I completed in 1965 was from your store. Over the years you have become less and less focused on your customers needs and today put me over the top. I tried to exchange a Radio Shack branded product that was defective but new condition. No exchange without a receipt for a cable that cost 3x what it should? When searching my large number of purchases it was likely overlooked. No receipt = no exchange policy. You have lost your mojo. You no longer cater to electronic enthusiasts. Your customer service has become very poor. For these reasons I will not return. Best wishes, Your former 50+ year customer.
