I am new to the area and went here to get a new set of pots and pans. Within a few weeks the quality of the set I chose had deteriorated more than I had ever expected. Nearly six months later I decided to call to see if I may be able to return or exchange the items. The manager was very interested in the fact that my items had fallen apart so fast. We determined that they must have been defective since she had sold many sets of that kind and never had a complaint. I was able to get store credit and purchase a different set with no hassle whatsoever. Months later my new set is in excellent condition and I am very happy. The customer service is excellent and my new pots and pans work great. Very happy customer!
