This place has gone downhill so many stores that have left. I miss having more stores to get bargains at. They still have enough stores to make it worth a trip to Loveland. I always have to check out famous footwear and van hussen main stores I come to here. The restrooms are well maintained as well you are greeted as you enter them with a receptionist type person that gives you information if needed. Great place to come shop and relax.

The Outlets at Loveland seem to have an sufficient amount of stores, particularly of the ones that I shop at(Ralph Lauren, Nike Outlet). The way that the outlets are designed is that there are two separate«strips» of stores. For example, the Nike Outlet is in the next strip mall area, while Ralph Lauren is in the strip mall area to the left. The way to the outlet is so-so. You get off on the interstate and drive through several round a’ bouts and arrive at the outlets about 2 – 3 miles later. Seems a little complicated in the location design, yet its okay.

And now my only reason for ever going here is gone — Harry & David store is closing. Wonderful.

(NOTE: If you have not seen Disney’s CARS then you probably would not get this review’s reference to the movie.) One of the best things I love to do is go shopping — BARGAIN shopping — with my favorite aunt and my mom. So when we spent a couple of days in Fort Collins, Colorado, our hosts kindly took us to this Outlet. I almost did not want to get out of the car one cold and rainy July afternoon when we decide to go there. HALF of the entire STRIP was EMPTY — and I mean there were just windows with no people OR merchandise in them! I guess it is a good thing to the merchants that ARE left there since there are a lot less competition, but from the consumer point of view? It is a waste of trip coming here. Why the two stars then instead of one? WILSON’S LEATHER happen to have a store here and they have a very nice purse that I bought my mom as a belated birthday present. She loves it! The trip to Wilson’s is the beginning AND the highlight of the entire time we were here at this outlet. You remember that scene in CARS when they have to turn off the lights for the night after the false alarm of having tourists come through their town? That is the feeling I get from this Outlet Store. I wish I could’ve seen it in its heyday. At the moment, it is waiting for its own Lightning McQueen to lead it to its revival.

This review is for Santa and Mrs. Claus at the Outlet Mall. They are awesome! Super nice people. They know how to talk to children without looking or sounding awkward. They will pose for pictures you can take yourself for free. Good people. I’m not sure who pays for them, if anyone, but they get two thumbs up from the Bishop family!

This place is a sad, sorry shadow of it’s former self. We’ve been visiting or passing through Loveland two or three times a year for almost thirty years now. I remember when it first opened; early to mid 90’s if memory serves. It was vital, vibrant and busy as hell. No matter why we were in the area we would set aside a couple of hours to stop and browse. A few times we drove up just to shop here as an excuse for a short road trip. We always found some great bargains. But that’s been at least ten years ago. It’s almost totally vacant now — I’m guessing between 75% to 80%. And except for a couple of stores, Hanes/Bali and Van Huesen specifically, there are few bargains to be found. We still almost always stop, but I’m not sure why. It’s more depressing than nostalgic. Some folks are blaming the big shopping center that opened on the other side of the highway a few years ago. Not true. While that may have been the final blow, this place was on a steep downhill slide for a few years before they even broke ground over there. If you’re an outlet shopper, go to Colorado Mills. It’s much more interesting, with many stores, including the few that are here.

So this place is pretty cool! They have an underarmour shop which my hubby is THRILLED for. They have a lot of other shops for both of us too. I came in with a coupon that gave me a free sample of tommy hillfiger cologne and a discount card that gives me extra savings at each shop. She also through in a free coffee mug! Sweet lady at the customer service office. I can’t wait for hubby and I to come back on a shoping spree after we reach our goal weights!

Don’t do it. It’s sad to see that our economy took a slow roll through here. Drove through the parking lots and didn’t see much except for Nike, J Crew and Bose if you’re in the market for sounds. Other than that this probably isn’t worth the stop if you’re driving through. Fastest outlet trip ever.

These Outlets are terrible. About two thirds of the stores are vacant/closed, almost as if it is a ghost town. The upshot is there’s ample parking, but it’s hard to go here with the family because someone is going to get bored really quickly. New outdoor mall across the highway is probably the obvious cause of this.

Truly a depressing outlet mall to go shopping at. There are many vacancies there that the management apparently have a very hard time with filling. The most recent new addition that I did notice there though was a Toys R US Express which is far far from a regular Toys R Us. They also had a Borders book store at one point in time but it was all merchandise that got passed off from the regular stores to this one. Last time I drove through that store became defunct. Seriously stores go out of this mall like there is no tomorrow. At one point it seemed like a big deal when they first opened but after going through a few stores and looking at all of the drab hand me downs that got passed down you can find better things at a flea market. Most recently I noticed they put up a big bright sign advertising their stores and at one time they advertised their wonderfully clean and sparkling bathrooms. Really? What a pathetic bargaining chip to use to get people there. Uhhhh in case the owners didn’t know it is an expectation by the general public to ALWAYS have clean and sparkling restrooms. Best pass this place up and go across the street to the Promenade shops or just go to Denver to do your shopping just don’t settle for second best… or third.

The Prime Outlets at Loveland is a little lacking. Like many other outlets that advertise, they show their prime big name draws. Unfortunately once you get here you’ll find it is rather disappointing. There is seriously only a few good stores here. J. Crew being the big one. Coach being the other. I can see how Nike might be a big deal, but having gone to numerous other outlets this one just has far less selection for some reason. I’d come here for J. Crew and probably proceed directly across the highway to the promenade shops on the other side. Time is money and the time you’ve saved at the outlets is money you’ve saved that you can now spend at the regular stores at the promenade shops.
