Started using this practice Nov 2014.
My gums were really red and bleeding when flossing. They made recommendations and that I come back in two months for another appointment. I took the recommendations and went back in two months. Bleeding had stopped and my gums were beautiful. I had to pay since it wouldn’t fit my dental insurance plan for the extra visit.
Went a couple months after and looking good. Had to have a old filling replaced. I was super nervous, but it went smoothly.
Just went for my most recent appoint a few weeks ago. The staff, front office to hygienist, and Dr. Kreimer, are so awesome. Glad that I found them.

If I could do negative stars I would. Years ago this was a wonderful practice, but in the last several years the push for expensive technology vs. REAL patient care has been overwhelming. Now it’s impossible to get them to even clean your teeth without jumping through THEIR hoops, none of which are mandated by any of the state or national dental boards. Unfortunately the love for Might Dollar has ruined this practice. Do yourself a favor — keep looking.
